Bahama blue was built in 2001. The master bed room has a king-size bed, closet, bath room and a view of the sea.
The other room has twin beds, closet, bath room. The great room has beautiful views of the sea and coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped. Utility room adjacent to the kitchen. The whole porch has been screened, and this makes a big living area and a very pleasant dining room overlooking the sea. So nice to be there at sunset time. Wonderful to have meals and sip drinks from that place.
Down the stairways it is very easy to go swimming, snorkeling or fishing. The safe and beautiful beach of Ten Bay is at a five minutes walking distance from the house. This house has also a tropical garden on its 1407 acres.

Robert and I are retired. Robert used to work for american companies selling super computers.
First I worked with a radiologist and second in an estate agency.
We love tropical weather and looked for a place to spend some time as retirees.
Why the Owner Chose Ten Bay Beach
Friends who had bought a house in Eleuthera invited us in june 2003 and we loved the island, its life and the people.
We started visiting houses for sale and we found Bahama Blue,our dream house with easy access to the water, this beautiful view of the sea and coastline, the porch, the big room. Ten Bay is a wonderful, quiet, exclusive place. We visited the house and 2 days later decided to buy it.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We go there twice a year and stay 2 months each time. We have many friends in the island now and it's a real pleasure to see them when we go.
The island is not crowded,it's a nice getaway from city life.
We enjoy so much having meals on the screened porch well protected from bugs. The screened porch is really a plus especially when there are bugs and mosquitoes around which may happen.
I swimm every day in front of the house and every day we walk the beach. It's not crowded and we love it that way. I also paint and chase the light of the bay on my watercolors.
We would spend more time wouldn't we have a big dog home whom we cannot leave too long and cannot fly such a long flight with 2 connections. We live near Paris France.
There is one thing we appreciate about Ten Bay : its location in the middle of the island which makes it easy to go to Harbour Island or Spanish Wells up north or cape Eleuthera and the magnificant lighthouse beach down south.
