  Just returned from a 7 day stay at this wonderful villa. The photographs do NOT do it justice as it's even more beautiful in real life. This was my second Visit to Villa Kiotari and I think I will be there next year too!! I have stayed in many villas across the world and this seems easily one of the best.It's the nicest et most confortable villa where we ever stay! The view is fantastic and we have spent a lot of time in this marvellous infinity swimning pool (much bigger than usual), amazing views, very tranquil and private, quite modern inside with good quality furnishings and very well cleaned and maintained. We really didn't want to do many day trips as we had such a relaxing time and you really feel like you have absolutely everything, even the bedrooms feel like a 5* hotel bedroom. Is difficult for me and my family to change from this wonderful location. If you like cosy and warm welcome, secluded places and quiet, a wonderfule nature landscape both on the sea and with only 20minutes drive in the mountains together with excellent fish and meat food in the neighborhood ( Paralia Restaurant and STEFANOS have the best fresh seafood we had ever try) this is the place!!!! We have been there already twice and will come back for sure.... We have also sent thEre several friends and the comments are always the same Great greay place!!!! Thank you Tsampikos ..   For our one-in-every-two-year family vacation we went to Kiotari for a week, and this was definitely the best house we had so far. We are a family of 5, so the 3 bathrooms were ideal. We loved the swimmingpool and the view from the house. The owners are very nice and helpful, they even called us a taxi to go out to eat and we immediately made friends with one of the taxi drivers. The recommendations for restaurants were very good, we had lovely diners at Mourella, Stefano's and other restaurants. The kitchen and barbecue were fully equipped and therefore well used by us trying to cook our own Greek specialties. We had a nice evening out at Shimba's, who serve lovely cocktails. We went karting at a nearby track and even did some water sports which are available at the beach in front of the house. We drove a route across the island with our rental car and were amazed by the beautiful green nature and nice small villages. Unfortunately we had two days of rain. Our taxi driver told us it was the first rain in six months, so it was good for the olives. It didn't stop us from having fun, the house is really nice, so we still had a very good time playing (card)games, reading books and enjoying some nice food and drinks.   We booked a car, made a list of sight seeings , which planned to see on island and prepared books to read on the beach, while preparing for the rest on Rhodes. When we arrived at Kiotari Villa we were pleased by the beauty of location of the house!!!! As a result , we used a car only once just to visit some tavernas and to by some goods. We did not want to go anywhere from villa, we also has just realized that we has not read at least one book! We could not stop watching marvelous views, opening from home and the wonderful pool , situated over the Beach. Magnificent beach with crystal clear water and is situated direct! in front from villa. The house itself is very beautiful, new , cozy and has everything necessary. The house has a photo album with pictures, which show all history of buiding the house and garden. It is very touching and we understood how much love and work was invested in this place. Tsampikos, thank you very much for creating such wonderful place! We would like to return to your Kiotari villa and will be glad to recommend your villa to all our friends back in Israel as the best way of resting!! Yaron and Family

  Reviewed September 2, 2012 for a stay in April 2012 We booked Kiotari Waterfront Pool Villa after an extensive search for the perfect venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception. The location right on the beach in a quiet area of Kiotari was all we had hoped for and more. The villa is luxurious, spacious, stylish and beautifully appointed. The outside area is stunning with large gardens and an infinity pool right on the edge of the beach. The outside built in BBQ area was perfect for the caterers and the view over the sea was the ideal backdrop for our photos. The three floors of the villa provide vast space for a large group. The master bedrooom on the top floor was perfect for the bridal party to get ready as well as a romantic, light and airy bedroom. The two first floor bedrooms are spacious and all have balconies with stunning views. We wanted a venue where we could create our ideal wedding without the contraints of hotels and wedding planners and we achieved exactly that and more. Tsambikos and all the staff at Antonoglou Beach Villas were professional and so helpful in dealing with all our queries and requests and went out of their way to assist us. We wanted to use local small businesses and managed to do that, dealing with them direct and not through a middle man. Sunkissed Ceremonies created a perfect personalised ceremony for us and liaised with Tsambikos as well as the local caterers, florist, photographer and musicians to ensure that we had a perfect day that we will always remember. We look forward to returning to the villa again soon as it is also a wonderful place for any holiday. The island of Rhodes and its wonderful people, in particular Kiotari and the Beachfront Villa will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much for everything.

  What you expect after seeing the pictures is exactly what you get when you are there. The peaceful and calm atmosphere combined with the fantastic view, takes away all motivation to go somewhere else. The nearby Villages have all the shopping, dining or going out to offer that one could whish for - most of the time you just want to be on this patio under the pergola. The owner really gives you the feeling to be a welcome guest, a friend even and is always available to give advice or fix a problem. After having been on a lot of beach holidays in beautiful places, we were here for first time now and here it is where we want to come back to again and again. The beach, the garden and the POOL are .... !!!!!!!!!!!!

  What more can I say? We were three generations in the same house but everything apart from the internet service was very good. The owners were very helpful, spoke excellent English and sorted a hire car for us. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was devine. Infinity pool overlooking the sea, and direct access to beach, made the holiday an absolute winner

  Thanks guys. Your property is by far the best we have seen on the island. Very good layout inside and outside, pool and patio area are great, house's got everything you need as our youngest traveller was 4 months old at the time. We spent most of our time either at the pool or St Paul's bay beach. Will be back!
