This cottage-style gracious home, named "Palmetto Breeze", is a 1 minute walk down a private stone walkway to the famous 12-mile beach and is a perfect setting for lighthearted vacations with family and friends. Three king bedrooms and one twin bedroom (with 2 twin beds) plus trundle bed with pull-out provides sleeping accommodations for 10 guests.
This bright and cheerful home is designed for fun, relaxation & entertainment -- just kick-back and enjoy life! The spacious back yard has one of the largest piano-shaped private pools in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes. New Weber Grill, picnic table, chaises and sunning chairs make this a place to play, have picnics, and relax. The expansive front porch comes complete with rocking chairs which create a perfect setting for morning coffee, reading, and afternoon snoozes.
One the FIRST LEVEL, the special feature living room has a vaulted ceiling, brand new 42" plasma TV/DVD with cable, and all new brightly colored seating. The dining area overlooks the expansive pool and seats eight. There are 3 bar stools with eat-in bar. The kitchen has all new Corian counters and updated appliances, full-sized washer and dryer. White tiled floors help create carefree living -- no fussing over sandy feet! Family friendly from the word go.
The SECOND LEVEL has two additional king bedrooms, private baths, and beautiful views of the sparkling pool. The largest king bedroom has a full-sized work desk , 2 dressers and TV-- also plenty of space for a crib.We have added many personal touches such as some of our favorite board games, DVD's, paperbacks, popcorn popper, and beach towels.
This home is very private and safe for small children. The address is 96 Mooring Buoy and is located between Galleon & High Rigger. Many families return year after year to celebrate holidays and reunions. Ideal home for monthly renters/snowbirds. The exclusive resort's casual South Carolina Lowcountry atmosphere is ideal for all kinds of family activities. With subtropical climate, the Island enjoys great weather all year long.
