Our NEW, smoke-free home is located in Charlestown, neighboring the towns of Westerly and Narragansett and 10 minutes to the University of Rhode Island. It is an easy one and a half mile bike ride to Charlestown Beach (We have bikes for your use). A parking and beach pass is provided for use at Charlestown Town Beach, Blue Shutters and East Beach. Rental includes boat launch access at Green Hill Pond, providing easy access to the ocean.

From our home you are only 2 - 5 minutes from a deli, ice cream shop, bakery, video rental store, food market, farm stand, restaurants, pharmacy, bait shop, liquor store and boat rental.

This property is in immaculate condition with new furniture and appliances, new hardwood floors. Bedrooms and a spacious second floor family room (with skylights) have wall to wall carpeting. This
house has 2 living room / family room areas.

Charlestown is a beautiful seaside community that offers more than seven miles of beaches. Perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Rhode Island is the three-mile-long East Beach, located near Charlestown's Ninigret Conservation Area.

This remote, unspoiled barrier beach has sugar-white sand, gentle surf and clear, turquoise waters, all adjacent to Ninigret Pond, a saltwater pond renowned as one of New England's best wind surfing areas.

There are over 4000 acres of wildlife sanctuaries (for bird watchers or hikers). Ninigret Park is one and a half miles away and offers a new playground, fishing access, Nature trails, swimming lagoon, tennis courts, bike path, soccer fields, frisbee golf and more. Camping, Hiking and lake swimming are minutes away at Burlingame State Park.

There are golf courses close by, shopping, fishing, kayaking or mini-golf. And if dining out is your pleasure, this area offers you many fabulous restaurants to choose from.

Not only are the beaches beautiful, but just minutes away, you can enjoy a day trip to Block Island or stroll around the Galilee Fishing Village. Just a short ride from our house,is Foxwoods Casino; Mystic CT and NEWPORT RI - all within 30 minutes away; Narragansett and Wakefield are within ten minutes.
