Located in Kapaa Shore Resort this Eastern-facing ground floor condominium enjoys a wonderful setting featuring an expansive oceanfront location just thirty paces from the reef protected baby beach, with the added convenience of having two large grocery anchored shopping centers and large health food store with deli within walking distance. Enjoy the sunrise over the beautiful Pacific Ocean from your private lanai. New appliances including a 32' high definition flat screen LCD TV, DVD/CD player, HD cable box with several HD channels.
This quiet oceanfront unit is located on the southern most building's endcap with a vacant lot directly to the south, one bedroom, one bath with sliding door between bath and dressing area. California king bed in master suite, sofa sleeper in living room. Patio furniture on lanai, lounge chairs for sunning on oceanside of unit. Laundry room with washers and dryers in building.
This is a no smoking unit although smoking is allowed in designated areas. Pool and jacuzzi near north end of building.
Please check with owner regarding available dates as calendar sometimes malfunctions.

This condo was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed (very nice living room furniture) with a fantastic view and just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and watching the variety of birds and we saw a few whales spouting in the far distance. The condo kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom shower had good pressure. There was only one beach chair so we had to buy another one and an ice chest which we left for the next tenants. The property felt safe, the grounds are well kept, and it is very convenient to walk to restaurants, resort bars, and grocery stores. The beach is scenic but not swimmable. There is a couple mile long, paved walking trail a short distance from the resort. Kapaa is a good location for driving to other parts of the island and has a good selection of restaurants. The owner is very accommodating and nice to work with. We enjoyed our stay despite record breaking rains but ended the trip with sun.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here in early Sept. 2009. The location is centrally located on the island in general. It's convenient to everything. I loved the facts that its on the ground floor, has a separate bedroom. No air conditioning needed with the constant breeze off the ocean. And with only the screens closed and windows open you hear the surf faintly (not too loud) all night to help you sleep better. I have never felt so miserable as the day we had to turn in the rental car and get on a plane back to reality. I actually cried, a grown man at 55 years old. :( I was tempeted each day to pick a banana off the trees outside our door. The reason I am only now writing a review is I searched out this listing hoping was still available and realised I forgot to write a review back then. The place was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Owner was cool to talk to on the phone. What you see in the photos is what you get. My friends at work have some of our sunrise pix on their computer background.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

A simple condo layout but clean and upkept. The location was great. Right on the ocean and 5 mins in either direction to beaches. Close to all grocery stores and shops in Kapaa. Being on the ground floor was nice with a 2 year old since she could run on the grass and play.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Rates
$850 per week + $100 out clean charge. Extended stay discount (in excess of 30 days) available. Major credit cards accepted through PayPal. The Rate is based on an occupancy of three adults. Rates do not include State of Hawaii state tax currently 13.416%. Rental payment to be made in advance, a $250.00 deposit is required to reserve desired dates, one-half (1/2) rental is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival with the remaining one-half (1/2) due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The $100 out clean charge is subtracted from the deposit and the remainder is used as damage deposit which is returned within 14 days of check out.
