This condominium is brand new. The living area has a 61-inch color television. When your sitting on the sofa you can enjoy a beautiful lake view and the pool and club house. There is a carport available right in front of the condo to protect your automobile. This condo is located on the first floor. No steps to walk up.

When you are relaxing in bed you will be sleeping on a twin, extra-long, king-size, Viscofoam mattress which conforms to your body type. Not only is it a Viscofoam mattress, but it is a king-size adjustable bed with a vibrator for total comfort.

There is local calling available in the condominium.

The clubhouse has a beautiful heated pool with a hot tub. There is a tiki bar with a TV, barbecue, and refrigerator for keeping your drinks and food cold. There is a great fitness room for exercising, a coffee room, and business center with DSL access to the internet. No smoking of any kind is allowed in this condo.

This condominium is only ten miles from the beach. The location is far enough away from all the noise and close enough to all the activities. Come and enjoy your day in the sun.

There is a 9% room tax that goes to the state of FL and $150 cleaning fee. Minimum rental of a month only.
A $1000 Security Dep. is required at Booking (Refundable). Rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. 30 Day cancellation notice must be in writing to avoid penalty of security deposit.
