This beautiful Hermosa Beach home is less than a 1/2 mile (5 min. walk) from the sand in an ideal South Hermosa location. This perfect vacation rental is a three-story home with a two car garage. The living room, modern kitchen and billiards room are on the top floor with two separate walk out patios that bring in a lot of natural light, ocean breezes and a 180 degree ocean view. This living room has a large couch with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The balcony has a brand new grill so our guests can enjoy being outside with a view while barbecuing. The kitchen has all updated amenities such as a stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove, dish washer, stainless steel microwave, and granite counter tops. On the first floor, there is a washer/dryer room, full bathroom, and a bedroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, full bathroom and one luxurious master bedroom with an attached bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi styled tub. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with a large mirrored closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a large mirrored closet. The master bedroom has a California King size bed with a wall mounted flat screen TV. Also located on this floor is a large reading area with a full size couch. The first floor is the entrance to the home as well as the garage.

We had a great experience at this house, it was very spacious, luxurious, and it had an amazing view. The house included everything we needed, to include an awesome pool-table, which was a great surprise. I would definitely stay here again...and the owner/agent was super friendly and great to work with.

Our group had a perfect stay here for 3 nights. The house fit 7 of us (single adults) comfortably, and the living room and kitchen easily accommodated us. Jon was a pleasure to work - he took the time to show us everything in the house, and was also extremely quick and helpful in responding to my request when booking the house. Great experience all around, and we will definitely use Jon again in the future.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The two separate porches are essentially extensions of the top floor living area. Most South Bay home porches are located on the top of the building for their ocean views. This is not the case with this home. A simple screen door is the only barrier to fantastic views of the ocean, Palos Verdes Peninsula, and Santa Monica Mountains.
