Master bedroom has California-king bed; second bedroom has double bed. The fully furnished kitchen has Saltillo tile; dishes, cookware, and small appliances are all included.
Two cable TVs (with DVD/VCR in living room; VCR in MBR). Hi-speed Internet and WiFi (wireless internet) is set up and available for $30/month activation fee (no long-term contract required). The full bath has skylight and tub and shower. Both front and rear patios (covered in rear with gas grill). Covered carport for one auto/van. All utilities paid.
Nominal tenant fee ($20 per month per person)for membership in Green Valley Recreation, which includes twelve nearby facilities. (Five-minute walk to nearest GVR pool/fitness center.) Walking distance to shopping, a short drive to golf courses, movie theatres, and additional shopping. Green Valley is about 25 minutes from the Tucson airport; 20 minutes to the renowned artist community of Tubac; and 40 miles to Mexico (Nogales).
Restrictions: NO SMOKING; PETS ALLOWED (small dogs only) with deposit. One tenant must be 55 or older.
