One-story, shingle cottage with big fenced yard, large deck in rear, small one in front; outdoor shower. In "quiet resort" community on Delaware seashore - Town of Bethany Beach, within walking distance of center of town (four blocks) and three and a half to beach.
This is a family-oriented community, with a one mile long boardwalk (no amusements or recreation there--except weekend concerts in the bandstand). Located within ten miles of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland, where all of those things are available. Several beautiful golf courses within a short drive (ten minutes).
The house located on a dead end street, near a lovely canal, and is very bright - lots of windows with pleasant decor, fully-equipped except for bed linens and towels. There is a master suite separated from the other two bedrooms by a hall door. Room for four cars in private driveway.
