This new (2004), tall and spacious (2400 square feet) haven was designed with the entire family in mind. Second-level living in a spacious, open-architecture--living/dining/kitchen—-environment is perfect for large gatherings and entertaining.
Youngsters will gravitate to the cozy game room on the lower floor that features a large-screen TV and a selection of puzzles and board games.
Four bedrooms; including THREE MASTER SUITES; invite you to share your stay with close family or friends. A small upper/lower bunkroom and a comfortable pullout sofa bed with upgraded queen mattress in the game room provide for up to twelve to share the fun.
The tiled, covered second floor porch overlooks private, undeveloped green space in back. A barbecue grill is off the kitchen and a hanging bed/swing lures afternoon nappers in a breezy corner of the porch. An open sun deck off the tower room provides a private place to catch some rays during the day and to count stars and listen to the surf at night.
