This peaceful and secure 1900s Victorian rowhouse has been furnished with everything needed to maximize your relaxation and entertaining. The home has a great flow, from the classic front entrance to the private and roomy backyard. The home is spotlessly clean, well appointed and carefully maintained with beautiful hardwood floors and windows that sparkle. The garden is well manicured.
There is a 2 car garage just off the garden. The remote garage door opener means parking is always a breeze.
In addition, there are flat-screen TVs with cable and DVD Blu-ray, and there is high-speed secure wireless internet access throughout the house.
Your urban retreat is situated on a one lane neighborhood street. All the windows are double hung, so the home is extremely quiet. It is hard to believe that a home so close to downtown can be so peaceful.
You can rent this house in any configuration you like. From a one bedroom, one bath for use by a single couple, to the full 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath for as many as 6. We simply have the maid come by and close off the bedrooms you won't need and price the stay accordingly.
The patio is great for outdoor enjoyment. The mature trees give shade to keep it cool during the summer. There is a large state of the art gas grill as well as a water fountain that softly burbles by the outdoor seating. The wireless signal is strong throughout the grounds, with excellent reception in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an informal dining area. There is also a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen where you can enjoy a meal with up to 8 friends and family members.
Everything has been thought of to make your stay one of ease, comfort, and warmth. The top of the line queen-size beds boast 500 thread count linens. The fully appointed kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, including spices and condiments. The bathrooms have plush towels, shampoo, blow dryers, and various sundries.

What a great place to stay, perfect amount of room and within walking distance to so many place in the Capitol Hill area. A friend met us there and stayed in the guest bedroom upstairs. We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio area. Everything was fully furnished. We actually considered wanting to live in a place like this in a few years. For my birthday my husband made an awesome meal and we had a few friends over on the patio. Was a wonderful time, plenty of room too. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Denver. I'm also recommending this place to a friend that lives close by whose parents visit from out of town. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Giving it 5 stars, ONLY downside was the outside property lighting leaking into the main bedroom at night.
