Great Dillon home

This home provided an excellent place for our family reunion. My children and grandchildren kept thanking me for finding such a perfect place for our gathering. Enough bedrooms for all, great view, close to the ski resort, very well maintained and furnished, and included such welcome extras as the hot tub and the piano keyboard which we used each evening for our song fests. I recommend this home to anyone who can handle stairs.

We have stayed at this location multiple times with our family and enjoyed it each time! The location is nice; close to Dillon, Keystone, and Breckenridge. It comes with a spectacular view of the mountains as well as Lake Dillon. While vacationing we enjoy trail riding on the Rockies, the outlet malls in Silverthorne, walking the streets of Breck, we've rented a boat and went on the lake, some of our family enjoys biking, there's a nice play area close to the marina as well as a great park near the outlets for children, and great food! A few of our favorite restraunts are the Arapaho Cafe in Dillon, Fiesta Jaliscos in Dillon, and Bubba Gumps in Breck. We would highly recommend this rental for a wonderful stay in beautiful Colorado!

I havent found a better place to experience the Rockies. Its a beautiful home with a great location. We have actually spent a few times here. The first thing that comes to your mind is the layout of the home, its beautiful!! We have 5 kids and we all have our own rooms. Therevare 3 seperate family rooms. It will sleep up to 4 on the upper level, up to 2 on the middle level and up to 5 on the lower level. It comes with a utility room to do your laundry, a garage to park, a pool/ping pong table to keep the kids busy after a long day skiing, hiking or shopping. A fully utility stocked kitchen, and a clean hot tub to relax in any time you want. The second is its a "ready to go home" for your stay. All you have to bring is bring your own food and clothes. Cooking in or BBQ out, there is everything that you need to complete any meal. The third is the location. Your within 1.5 miles from Keystone Resort. You are a 1/2 mile from Lake Dillion, which you can rent a boat or fish. The shopping in nearby Breckenridge is full of fun shops that we visit and top off with a great lunch or dinner at great resturants on Main Street. My sons are into skateboarding and they travel from 3 different skate parks within 15 miles from eachother. In the summer we enjoy sleding down many of the local snow cap mountians near by A great get away for my wife and I is to take a 46 mile trip to Black Hawk City for a evening of gambling, in a beautiful old mining town. We know the kids are safe at the house, thats in a neighborhood setting and we can call them on the house phone to check on them anytime we want. There are a few things that comes along in life that you can really appreciate and this vacation home is one of them. You cant beat the price and you are a fool to rent anything else.

Our group of 10 educators (and friends) spent a wonderful holiday weekend in your home! It was fabulous! We had plenty of room to be together as a group for TV, games, and meals and plenty of rooms so everyone could sleep in bedrooms! It was fantastic to come home to after a hard day of skiing! The property is well maintained and has a warm, family feel to it. The location is perfect! THANKS so much for opening your home to us!

We loved our stay at your beautiful mountain home. It is the ideal place for large families or multiple families staying together. The owner was very helpful in answering all of our questions and the house was very clean. Some of the highlights include the heated garage, ample parking, the awesome hot tub, the kitchen had everything we could ever need, the beds were comfy, 5 minute drive to the slopes, and the views are amazing from every room in the house! It was the perfect get-away for our family!

This home is perfect for large families. Having bedrooms on different levels gave space and privacy for all. And the living areas had great views of the mountains and Dillon areas. Our little ones loved sliding down on plastic discs behind the house, and some of the big folks also enjoyed being able to do that without leaving the property.

This place was great. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in the mountains. It is close to Keystone and Breckenridge. The place is big enough for everyone with places to spreadout. The many places to hang out were nice including the couches by the large windows facing west. We watched the sun set from there. When looking for a place look no further

Loved it! Our whole family stayed - there were several areas of the home so you could have quiet time if you needed it or you could hang out and play ping pong or soak in the hot tub! It was clean and a wonderful place to stay!
