We are renting the carriage house as a long term (30 day plus) rental that is fully furnished. We know a lot of people travel to Denver and need a home base for family visits, work trips, transitions while moving, etc.! This is a great place to call home.

Q: Is there a washer and dryer?
A: Yes! There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement of the main building on site. You will be given the code to access the basement.

Q: Is this a shared rental?
A: The carriage house is a stand alone property and is rented by only one guest at a time. You won't be sharing the carriage house with anyone else. There is a larger building on the property with long term residents. They have use of the courtyard.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, we have free, on-street parking. Usually you can find a spot within 1 block of the carriage house.

Q: Is the courtyard shared?
A: Yes, there is a larger home on the property that shares the courtyard. There is plenty of seating for everyone.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No smoking of any kind (including marijuana) is allowed inside the property. People are, however, allowed to smoke in the shared, enclosed courtyard.

Q: Do you rent this property on Craig's List?
A: NO!!!!!!!!! And if you see this property listed on any other non-VRBO associated website, it is a scam! Please do not fall victim to their scheme! I am the only one who will ever contact you about this rental. No one other than me has the authority to rent this property.

We often receive multiple inquires for dates that sometimes overlap. A reservation is ONLY confirmed once payment has been made. We do not guarantee dates until such a time as they are paid for. Property comes in an AS IS condition. If guest(s) are unhappy with the condition of the property for any reason, the owner still reserves the right to retain any and all payments made by guest(s) and will be at the owners discretion to refund any payments made. Owner has right to cancel any reservation and give full refund for any amount that was paid.

Our cancellation policy is strict, we don't allow last minute cancellations. When you purchase the stay through VRBO/Homeaway, they do offer cancellation insurance that you can purchase. We suggest reading the fine print if you decide to buy this insurance since we have no control over their regulations.
