It is about 200 yards from the ocean and within five to ten minutes of all of Kiawah's Golf Courses. The new Sanctuary Hotel and Spa is a short walk on the beach and is only a quarter mile away.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a pull out sofa with a queen mattress in the sitting room and a flat screen TV. Our Villa is a part of the Kiawah Island Resort program which means you will be treated as a guest of the resort giving you access to the Night Heron Pool and playground which is right across the street as well as the Tennis Club Pool. You will also have preferred access for reservations to the Resort Restaurants including The Ocean Room and Jasmine Porch located in The Sanctuary Hotel as well as the Spa at The Sanctuary.

- Our villa is the first floor unit on the end for added privacy.

- Freshfields Village, just a three minute drive, has plenty of restaurants shops,
- Newton Farms Grocery is in Freshfields and has a Starbucks inside!!
- Charter an inshore fishing trip at Mingo Point (on the West side of the island),
- kayak on the Kiawah River,
- or take a day trip to Charleston just a half-hour away.
