Enjoy a magical style vacation at our non smoking villa castaway. Set within this very beautiful 24 hour, manned security gated community, adorned with tropical dolphin fountains and set amongst protected tropical wetlands.
Our villa is situated West just off US 192 on the exclusive enclave at Emerald island. The villa boasts a beautiful south facing waterfront which can be enjoyed from the rear of the property which spans 60 feet of which the decking covers the whole length. Perfect for breakfast or evening meals under the 23 foot covered porch. There is also a 30 foot swimming pool, with a hot tub to the side, where you can relax, unwind and soak up the tranquil view while sipping away on that tropical cocktail and listening to the flow of water from the pool sprinkler jets.
A grand entrance to a very impressive hall welcomes you. All rooms are furnished to a different exciting theme, the royal master suite is a massive 42 foot, has a king bed, dresser, night stands, armoire, patio doors to the pool area, vaulted ceiling, 32 inch cable TV, Italian accent furniture, ceiling fan. A wonderfully large en-suite bathroom comprising of large shower, corner bath, separate water closet. There's a friendly ladybug room that has two twin/single beds, with separate walk in wardrobe, next to this is the european romantic red room with queen four poster bed, ceiling fan and cable TV both share a palm style bathroom, along corridor that leads to the pool area.
The out of Africa bedroom with its own themed en-suite gives you a feeling of being on the plains of the serengeti. There's cable TV a ceiling fan and matching bedroom furniture with accessories. The sports bunk bedroom, has a twin top bunk with a full bottom bunk, has it's own en-suite which is also sport themed. Our grand room is tropical palm style, it has a 572 cable TV to watch your favorite programs on the big screen, a DVD cinema surround sound, and also gives piped music to the master bedroom, it has patio doors leading to the pool area, this area over looks a lake with protected tropical wetlands to the rear.
The dining room has a more formal setting seating six with an extending leaf to accommodate eight if needed, it is set just off the kitchen. There is also the kitchen nook area for indoor breakfast or extended dining seating a combined maximum of 10. The Egyptian relax room is set to the front of the house where you can chill out on the combined leather/fabric mixed furniture gust get away from it for a moment with a book in the quiet room. The games room is the place for the kids or the big kids to unwind, there, table tennis, air hockey, rod hockey and colouring for the little kids, including a play station two where you can play double action games, (please bring your own exciting games). Amenities. The villa s amenities include air conditioning, five cable TVs, DVD cinema surround sound, piped music to the master bedroom. There's a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Linen is provided. There's a washing machine, dryer, pool towels, towels in all bathrooms.
There's an air dryer in all adult bathrooms, a 30 foot private pool with adjoining hot tub, and 60 foot of decking over looking a lake and beautiful scenery. Ceiling fans fitted to many areas including the main outdoor porch area. The games room in the garage where you can play many different games. In addition to our amenities you'll be able to enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer, such as the club house, where you'll find a large swimming pool, a children's pool, both of these are heated during the colder months, a jacuzzi, a gym, sauna, games room, cyber café, a meeting room with concierge service. Out side there's a tiki hut where you can enjoy drinks and snacks. There's a volley ball court, a picnic and barbeque area, a children's play area and more.
The villa itself is in close proximity to Orlando's world renowned attractions. Disney World is less than two miles away, with Emerald Island being the closest security man gated resort there is. Sea World and Discovery cove, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are all within easy reach of the villa. Within one mile there's a 24 hour supermarket, a multitude of restaurants to suit all taste's from fine dining to some of the very popular family restaurants. TGI Friday's, The Outback SteakHouse, Giordanos Pizza's, Red Lobster, a chinese, Carrabbas Italian, McDonalds and Pizza Hut plus many more are all within one mile of the villa. There's drug stores Walgreens and Eckerds a bank a hairdresser, a mailbox, computer and photography shops and even a walk-in medical centre. Were situated within one mile of Orlando's US 192 where you'll find many more shops, restaurants and different attractions. The I4 to take you to Daytona and the east coast - Tampa and the west coast.
There's many activities available on the site itself like hiking, biking, fitness centre gym, sauna, wildlife viewing, swimming, volleyball, cyber cafe, and children's play area. Were also situated close to some fantastic golf courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and even a champion P.G.A. course. We've got amusement parks, horse riding, shopping, cinemas, live theatre, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing,miniature golf, air boat rides etc. All within easy driving distance from the villa.
