Three separate balconies provide breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and pool. You will be so close to the water that you can sit from any balcony and wave to your family and friends as they wade in the pool or lay at the beach! It just does not get any better!
Our Villa provides complete, unobstructed, panoramic and direct ocean front views from each balcony! This lovely Villa sits on the third floor of the five story Ocean One complex, located next to Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the full Ocean Front view over miles of water and hear the waves crashing. This building has two separate elevator locations with luggage carts to make your move-in effortless.
This 1580 square foot villa features a fully furnished kitchen, sizable living (with Sleeper Sofa) and dining area, three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed (with private ocean front balcony) and private bath. The second bedroom (with private oceanfront balcony) is also furnished with a Queen-size bed and private bath. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and private bath. The third balcony is located directly off the main living area, complete with table and chairs. Pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking unit.
This property is located in the popular Forest Beach area with miles of paved bike and walking paths right across the street. Walk (or take the elevator) downstairs to the beach or beautifully maintained pool surrounded by manicured lawns and landscaping. Walk next door to the Holiday Inn where you can rent beach equipment, grab lunch at the poolside grill or enjoy your favorite beverage at the outdoor Tiki Hut. Coligny Plaza is a short walk away and famous for it's over 60 shops and restaurants. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away. It’s the perfect location for a perfect vacation!
Conditions: This unit is a non-smoking Villa with no pets allowed. 30% Deposit plus refundable security (First time guests only) required to reserve. Must be occupied by an Adult 25 years or older. All Rates include cleaning services. 11% South Carolina tax additional.

Ocean One is a very clean and well maintained rental property. The 313 Villa offers a perfect set up for families with small children. You have a beautiful view off the balcony of the pool and the beach to keep an eye on the family. Ocean One is located within a short walk of the shops and restaurants via the walking/biking trails.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Beautful,relaxing,perfect getaway. I look forward every year for just one week at this most amazing beach vacation condo. We enjoy the ocean veiw the most. Resturants are plentyful and close by. A short drive will get you to savannha, The owners take good care of this unit,it has always been our pleasure to stay there.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

I've rented this unit 3 years running and intend on returning here for as long as I can.It is a great location,with well maintained premises and a good rental unit for golfers or beach vacationers.The owner is attentive to guest's needs and goes out of his way to make sure that everything in the condo is in top shape. Close to shopping district at Coligny Circle and major food strores.Superb beachfront unit with "wow" sunrises. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this rental unit to future guests.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
