The WESTSIDE VILLAGE HOUSE is a 2450 square ft. Kincaid style cottage home. Located right where you want to be in Bend, the Westside Village, nestled in one of Bends fine old neighbornoods. Walk or bike easily within both Downtown Bend and the Westside Village. There are many grocery stores, café’s, breweries, an Immediate Medical Care Center, bike and ski shops all within walking distance. Bend’s famous Drake Park , The Old Mill shopping district , the Les Schwab Amphitheater are only a mile away. The road to Mt. Bachelor is one block from our home as is easy access to the Bend River Trail system and the many miles of hiking and mountain bike trails, and the Beautiful wild Deschutes River. Plenty of trout fishing, stand-up paddle boarding, tubing and rafting within the neighborhood.
Our home is completely secluded from street and all other views. It is hidden privately behind elaborate redwood fencing and a beautifully landscaped terraced berm.
BEDROOMS: Our beautiful home has four bedrooms. All bedrooms have dressers, closets, carpeting, and covered windows.
BEDROOM #1: Master suite - a comfortable and clean king size bed, gas stove, and private entrance, connected full private bath, cable TV and desk area .
BEDROOM #2: “The Mistress Suite”: A smaller suite, with queen bed and attached full bath.
BEDROOM #3: One queen bed. A bright and cheery room next to the third full bath with small TV for videos, no cable.
BEDROOM #4: Childs room or room for 4 singles. Two trundle beds that sleep four, which is perfect for both adults and kids. Cable TV.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is a galley style cooking center with a stained glass pass through to the large dining/great room. The kitchen has granite counter tops, an electric glass cooktop stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, crock pot, a Keurig K-Pod coffee maker and milk frother. It is fully stocked with settings for ten people, wine and drink glasses, and all the pots, pans and spices you will need. There are four place settings for 4 children.
DINING / GREAT ROOM: It has large corner windows to the front private garden. Skylights, two dining room tables that seat a total of 10 and a bar with 2 stools, a conversation pit with seating for six, and an iPod docking station / CD player along with a large BOSE Bluetooth SOUNDLINK speaker system that connects to all your blutooth devices. This room can be closed off from the rest of the house by a set of double French glass doors along with authentic art deco era stained glass pass through doors from the kitchen.
LIVING ROOM: The living room / TV room has seating for six to seven people, a beautiful stone fireplace with gas insert, sky lights, and large windows with complete privacy and views into both the front courtyard and back deck. It has a small table perfect for morning coffee and cereal, playing games, or even working on puzzles.
LAUNDRY / MUD ROOM: The laundry area is equipped with a washer and dryer and all the soap, towels and supplies you will need. There is an iron and ironing board. This room has an area to hang coats and place skis.
YARD: The yard is very private and secure, surrounded with beautiful and colorful California Redwood fencing. It is extensivly landscaped with colorful landscape lighting, illuminating trees, firepit, walkways, and the owners private tiki collection from all over the world. There is a grassy area, paved courtyard, and a small deck around the master bedroom looking out to the gardens. There is also a stone patio at the entrance to the home that has a small coffee area for two. On the lawn is a circular brick patio complete with an umbrella, round picnic table that seats four ( or more). The back yard has a large deck with covered seating and gas grilling area.
PARKING: There is a covered carport along with a driveway and off street parking, a total of 5 parking places are available ( includes street parking).
BIKES: We offer you 4 well maintained six speed cruiser bikes, 2 men's and 2 women's.
CHILDREN CARE: Booster seat, High chair and Pak N Play are available.

BEND'S GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES:
1. 24-hour contact information will be posted in residence if you have any concerns about your stay.
2. Have general respect for neighbors. Be friendly & courteous & respect the neighbors and their property.
3. Noise. Be considerate & Quiet especially after 10PM.
4. Maintenance of property. Pick up after yourself & keep the property clean, presentable & free of trash.
5. Garbage Disposal. Place trash & recycling containers directly in front of house. Return bins to rear of house within 12 hours after pick up. No smoking is allowed on or around premises.
6. Parking. A parking diagram is posted in the house. Park on site whenever possible. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly in the neighborhoods & watch for pedestrians & children playing.
7. Pets. No Pets are allowed on our property.
8. Guests Responsibility. Approved guests & visitors are expected to follow these guidelines. Read the rental agreement for additional terms & restrictions which may include consequences for violating the Good Neighbor Guidelines.

About the owner: We have been in the Bend Westside Village for over 35 years. We ski, ride bikes, enjoy home design, remodeling, walking, privacy, and anything TIKI. WE collect large Tiki's from all over oceana and So Cal as well as enjoy cocktail style lounge music. We love to dance, and sing Karaoke.

Unique, Large Ponderosa pines and very close to everything 'Bend'...breweries, cafe's, and outdoor activities along with Oregon State University campus. The neighborhood has terrific and easy access to the road to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade High Lakes.
