Our two beach houses, "Surf" and "Toy," are owner maintained. Surf is beach front and Toy is next to Surf.
Each has its own shaded and open deck for sunning or lounging in the shade. There is a shaded picnic area under each house with bar-B-Q pit and table. Both are located on pedestrian beach areas.
There are restaurants and marinas nearby. The Freeport jetties bound one end of the City of Surfside while the other ends in long rolling sand dunes and finally Galveston.
Special Note: "Surf" and "Toy" are Non-Smoking houses.

There is a $100 Security Deposit which will be returned if the house
is left clean and undamaged.
