                      Manager info

                      Year Purchased: 2012

About: A California native with ancestral roots in Boston. Descendant of 13 Mayflower passengers, William Dawes and Henry Knox. I spend most of my time in Boston doing research. Author of three books so far.

                      Why Boston:
This condo is in the center of it all when you want to really 'do' Boston. Across the street is the Fiedler foot bridge to the Esplanade. Three blocks away is the Newbury shopping area. Walk three blocks the other way and you are on Beacon Hill. The Freedom Trail is a couple of subway stops away. You can also walk to the theaters.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You don't want a car in Boston. You want to stay right in the middle of Back Bay. This place isn't only convenient, it is a beautiful example of Back Bay brownstone living. Take a look at the photos. It's gorgeous. The unit used to be a Gentleman's Parlor. Notice the ornate rosette on the ceiling and the lovely bay windows. What a great place to sit on a snowy day and read about American history.
