Year Purchased: 1996
About the owner: We have lived in San Francisco over 20 years. We are native French speakers. We have travelled all over the world and recently lived in Buenos Aires for one year. We have on teenage daughter who will be attending some university on the east coast next year. We speak French and Spanish fluently, and can understand Italian. We currently live two blocks from the subject property and also own a restaurant two blocks away.
Why the Owner Chose NoPa (North of Panhandle): We lived in the subject property for 15 years until we built our current home a couple of blocks away. We remodeled the subject property from scratch 17 years ago and we maintain an office on the premises. It is our second home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We love this home and so does our daughter. She hopes that one day she will live there. She grew up in this home. We love the airiness, the large living area where we have spent many years entertaining our friends.
