The beginning of Purple Rd. is the MOST DESIRABLE location for privately owned cottages in Point Sebago! This beautiful cottage is at the beginning of Purple Rd and only 300 feet from Sebago Lake beach and next to the Sports Complex for shuffleboard, tennis, horseshoes washer toss, wiffle ball and basketball activities with all of the amenities of home.
This clean smoke-free Cottage is a rare find with THREE bedrooms, (queen, full and twin bunks) 1&1/2 baths, a full size sofa bed and a spacious attached sun-room with a full size Futon and entertainment center to accommodate a large family. Totally redecorated with Pergo flooring, faux and furniture mural paintings, this cottage is sparkling clean.
The master bedroom has a Sterns & Foster Park Plaza Pillow Top queen size bed with a LCD TV w/DVD and a large built in closet. The second bedroom has a King Koil full size bed with built in closet. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and large bureau for storage. The living room boasts a full size sleeper sofa and entertainment center with a Full HD 28" LCD cable TV. If you need some privacy, the relaxing sun-room with cedar siding also has an entertainment center with a TV and DVD, futon couch and sliding door to get away and read or watch a movie. For those of us that need to stay in touch, we have computer desk w/printer/copier with free Wireless Internet service at our cottage for your surfing convenience.
Our professionally decorated cottage is fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, A/C, three cable TVs and two DVD players. This cottage has everything you need. All you need to bring are paper goods, towels and bed linens. NO PETS!
We have one of the most private lots with a screened in Gazebo and tables and chairs and a gas grill. Choose between the front deck or our 14 x 20 deck in the back of the cottage or just hang out by the new expanded yard with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs surrounded by nature!
Our cottage is one of the closest private cottages to the beach where you can find all of the entertainment at the Lakeview restaurant, Adult bar, beach parties, and is next to the tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes activity center! No driving is required from Purple Rd. Our street is a dead end so there is limited traffic and is very safe for children to bike or play on our street.
Point Sebago is a like an all-inclusive vacation since most of the activities are included in the rental price. The programs for children range from ages two to 19 and include; day camps, bingo, washer toss, volleyball, canoe and kayak races, teen dances, boat cruises, miniature golf, arts and crafts, races with prizes and much more.
Adults can relax while the kids play or enjoy our championship golf course, boating, fishing, happy hours, daily and nightly entertainment. Point Sebago also offers free babysitting at night so the adults can enjoy the evening activities.

We were renting on Purple Rd every year and we loved it so much, we bought the next available cottage for sale. It was the best thing we did for the family.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Our cottage has so much more to offer since Purple road is the best location for the large Resort Cottages. We have plenty of room with our unique 3 bedroom 1.5 bth unit. A short 1 min. walk to beach, the sports center and restaurant/bar.
