This clean smoke-free Cottage has THREE bedrooms, (queen, full and twin bunks) 1&1/2 baths, a full size sofa bed and a spacious attached sunroom with a full size Futon and entertainment center to accommodate a large family. Totaly redecorated with new Pergo flooring, faux and funiture mural paintings, this cottage is sparkling clean.
The new master bedroom has a brand new Sterns & Foster Park Plaza Pillow Top queen size bed with a new TV w/DVD and a large built in closet. The second bedroom has a King Koil full size bed with built in closet. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and large bureau for storage. The living room boasts a full size sleeper sofa and entertainment center with cable TV. If you need some privacy, the relaxing sunroom with cedar siding also has an entertainment center with a TV and DVD, futon couch and sliding door to get away and read or watch a movie. In 2009 we are offering free Wireless Internet service at our cottage for your surfing convenience.
Our professionally decorated cottage is fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, A/C, three cable TVs; VCR and three DVD players. This cottage has everything you need. All you need to bring are paper goods, towels and bed linens. NO PETS!
We have one of the most private lots with a new Gazebo and tables and chairs and a gas grill. Choose between the front deck or our brand new 14 x 20 deck in the back of the cottage or just hang out by the fire pit with chairs surrounded by nature! (CHIPPIE)
Our cottage is one of the closest private cottages to the beach pavilion where you can find all of the entertainment at the Lakeview restaurant, Adult bar, beach parties, and is next to the brand new tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes activity center! No driving is required from Purple Rd. Our street is a dead end so there is no traffic and is very safe for children to bike or play on our street.
Point Sebago is a like an all-inclusive vacation since most of the activities are included in the rental price. The children's programs range from ages two to 19 and include; day camps, bingo, washer toss, volleyball, canoe and kayak races, teen dances, boat cruises, miniature golf, arts and crafts, races with prizes and much more.
Adults can relax while the kids play or enjoy our championship golf course, boating, fishing, happy hours, daily and nightly entertainment. Point Sebago also offers free babysitting at night so the adults can enjoy the evening activities.
