My husband & I just spent 7 weeks at this property. This was our 3rd year escaping the cold of Ohio and enjoying the beautiful warmth of the Keys. This house is complete with everything you need to make it "home". It is equipped with top of the line appliances, furniture, and linens. It is located in close proximity to several attractions, restaurants, and grocery. The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely well maintained. Nick, the owner is wonderful to work with. He responds quickly and was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back next winter!!

We've always wanted to go on a "winter" vacation, go someplace warm when it's cold at home. We finally got to this past Christmas break. After a long day of travel with our 2 kids, ages 9 & 10, arriving at the house was a blessing! We'd looked at the pics over & over and talked with Nick a few times so we we're familiar with it already. We were so comfortable, felt like home. Everything from the kitchen utensils to the bathroom supplies were all top of the line. Washer and dryer was great and so convenient. We sat outside on the back deck alot, enjoyed using the grill and chatting with neighbors. The kids loved the pool, of course and we appreciated the safety of the community. We felt comfortable letting them walk the short distance to/from the pool by themselves. Nick was very friendly and down to earth. Kept us updated with info along the way and was very helpful with info about the area. By far our favorite vacation to date and this house was the icing on the cake! Hope to return!!

My husband and I just returned from a 2 week vacation at this property and words can not describe how wonderful it was. The pictures describe each area perfectly. The home is so well appointed from interior decorating to everything you would need during your stay. The bath and beach towels were outstanding, kitchen with every appliance and cookware one would need . The cleanliness was outstanding. The grounds well maintained. We are hoping to return again the sooner the better. Nick the owner is so easy to work with, his response by phone and email are very timely. He has a book with many good restaurants in the home with menus which we used. The location of the home is very easy to get to and convenient to many activities .
