This is the place! Beautifully furnished and with two master suites this townhome is suitable for large families or multiple families. A large open great room provides a warm and comfortable gathering place for everyone to enjoy playing games, watching movies, as well as eating and cooking together after a day of activity in the mountains!
High speed wireless internet access allows you to work and play from anywhere in this beautiful home.
The two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, have king beds, private baths and walk-in closets. In addition, the master suites have TV/DVD surround sound systems. The lower master suite has a private outdoor deck with panoramic views of the mountains. Two additional bedrooms with twin beds (one with trundle beds) and a den with a queen sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space and privacy. All rooms have TV/DVD systems.
The great room has a large screen TV/DVD Home Theater system and a professional grade billiards table. There are tremendous views of the mountains from the great room, which also has a deck and an outdoor BBQ. Multiple activities such as mountain biking, horseback riding, cross country skiing, backcountry skiing, climbing, hiking or trail running, and golfing can be accessed from the property.
The Snowcreek Athletic Club and spa as well as the golf course are close by. A large outdoor hot tub is walking distance from the property. A two car garage is attached with plenty of room for ski or bike or golf equipment storage. This is a non-smoking home. Why the Owner Chose Snowcreek V
Mammoth is a very special place. The town is filled with great people who appreciate the outdoors and all that Mammoth has to offer. Winters are spectacular. The skiing is great every year, without fail. The fishing is great all season. And the hiking and biking trails are unbeatable -- and some are accessible from our back yard. No matter what the season, there is always something fun to do in Mammoth. But, one of our absolute favorite things is the view from our place. Any time of year you can see the most beautiful sunsets right from the deck, kitchen, family room, or dining area.

We are 2 families who love the Eastern Sierra and love Mammoth, in particular. As friends, we have enjoyed the outdoors together for many years, and now as parents we get to share it with our children. Having a big house where we can invite lots of friends and family members is a dream come true for us. And sharing it with all of our repeat renters is a bonus. They have come to love it as much as we do.
