What a beautiful setting for this home! Right on the lake, this home has three bedrooms, two baths, great room with queen size sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffeepot, etc. and lake views from the front and the back of the house. It's the perfect retreat. The grassy back yard joins the lake, the bedrooms are split for privacy and all of the rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral colors. Everything new!
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, chest, walk in closet, TV with DVD player, phone and stereo, while each of the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds, one with TV, clock radios, ample closet space, etc. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Third TV is in the Great Room.
Relax by your private pool, play tennis at the 'on-site' courts, swim in the community pool (or the one at the house), bar-b-que on your patio or just relax on the patio or in the great room with a view of the lake. The neighborhood is perfect for walking.
Close to MAJOR shopping, hundreds of golf courses, and lots of entertainment. The perfect setting!!! Equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable... just bring your bathing suit and your toothbrush. It's a great place to relax.

Great house in quiet neighborhood! Beds were the most comfortable, making me not want to go home. The little doc on the water was our favorite place, sitting and relaxing, sunrises and sunsets, cocktails and coffee. Great location, close to everything you need. You won't be disappointed and the owner is a great person to work with! Next time we come down, I hope to be able to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This location is very serene. We like to just have lunch out by the lake when guests are not enjoying the home.

This Chandler location is very close to the 101 and the 202 freeway providing fast access to Scottdale, Tempe, airport, etc. It is located minutes away fromthe Chandler Fashion Mall and hundreds of golf courses in the area. We have had visors from all over the world stay here and many of them come every year!
