Conveniently located in a gated community, this spacious carriage home is fully furnished to help guests feel at home. Only 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida Airport, between Naples and Fort Myers. This 2000-square-foot condominium is in an ideal location near Florida's Gulf coast. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby.

Upon entering this second-floor unit guests are greeted by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area under vaulted ceilings. The living room opens to a lanai which overlooks some of the Spring Run fairways. There is an entertainment unit which includes a 32-inch TV with a VCR/DVD player and a stereo. The dining room can accommodate six guests. A fully-equipped kitchen includes an eating counter with four stools and a kitchen table with four chairs.

The master suite consists of a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, shower, water closet, and walk-in closet. It has a king-size bed, TV, and telephone. The second bedroom has two twin beds and TV. It opens to a hallway with a bathroom and a laundry room. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, telephone, and also includes a TV.

Just steps away is a swimming pool with hot tub and lounge chairs where guests can relax in the sun and meet friendly neighbours. A barbecue near the pool is available for use by guests who wish to do some grilling.

A ten-minute drive takes you to the gulf beaches and further along there is a nature conservation park. Ten minutes in the opposite direction is a great outlet mall.

If desired, a golf membership is available which includes full use of the Spring Run clubhouse (gym, dining room, bar lounge, clubhouse swimming pool, locker rooms, and tennis courts).

Golf Membership available for a minimum of 30 days; a Transfer Fee of
$232 is required (paid once only for one month or longer).
A $1000 Deposit is required in advance & will be held for four weeks
after departure (in case of damage); if no repairs are needed the full
amount of deposit will be refunded.
