Sands Beach Club is located at the end of Shore Drive and is a family-oriented resort in the middle of Myrtle Beach near the famous Restaurant Row. Just a ten minute drive is Barefoot Landing with Broadway at the Beach only 15 minutes away. There is not a better location anywhere in Myrtle Beach. Everything is at your finger tips.
This condominium, Unit 106, offers convenient parking and is located in the Phase 1 Building on the first floor. The views from Unit 106 are spectacular with the ocean viewed on the left and the Dunes Club and Marsh located to the right. The Master Bedroom of this unit has a Queen Bed, TV, and Full Bath. Second Bedroom has Full Bed and TV & Playstation/DVD. Living Room offers TV with Playstation/DVD, lounge chair, couch, and dining room table seating four. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Two outdoor pools with sun deck and indoor pool with heated hot tub are available along with restaurant and lounge overlooking the ocean. Also available is a fitness center, basketball, volley ball, and two tennis courts for your enjoyment. Outdoor grills are located around the Phase 1 pool. The Resort's Beach is separated by a river which runs by the Phase 1 Complex that creates the feeling of a private beach.
Rental Information:
* Weeks are available Saturday to Saturday.
* Departure cleaning included in rental fees for 5 or more rental days. ($60 cleaning fee charged for less than 5 rental days)
* Linens provided.
* Smoke-free unit.
* No pets allowed.
* Motorcycles not allowed at facility.
* Maximum occupancy of six persons.
