Ten Mile Creek runs year round below the property and the views, sights, and sounds will calm the soul. The condominium has 1500 square feet and has a warm, modern, architectural design. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with every amenity. The master bedroom on the main level has a private bath and a desk area with high speed internet access. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed with a view of Mount Royal, and the loft area third bedroom has a bunk bed with breathtaking views of the mountains. This is a top floor, end unit nestled in the pines with a deck overlooking the creek. Great architectural lines throughout the condo with lots of windows to keep it sunny and bright.

A one-car garage is included with the rental. A common fitness area has a sauna, exercise equipment, and a hot tub. The condominium is Non-Smoking and No Pets allowed.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Mark & Lisa's condo in Frisco. We stayed at the condo during New Year's week December 2007/January 2008. It was the week that a blizzard hit Summit County and the highway was closed on New Year's Day. But, since we were snug in the condo, we had no worries. Being one block away from Main Street in Frisco, we ventured outside and had plenty of places to choose from for lunch and afternoon window shopping. The condo really is an ideal location for easy access to the ski slopes. Copper is literally 10 minutes away, door-to-door. Breckenridge and Keystone, about 20 minutes. Even Vail is a very easy drive (just over 30 minutes). The size of the condo was perfect, and the kids loved being on their own "floor" of the house (ie, the loft). I loved that the kids had their own bathroom. Out of five stars, I give this condo 4.8. The other .2 I would have given only if they had warm cookies waiting for me.

  • We loved this condo!! There is more than enough room for 6 people here. The master bedroom & bath are huge and the layout of the condo is fantastic! Everyone loved how open it is, allowing for great community among those staying there. We also found that every need was met from light bulbs to a grill to a pc with internet access, these owners thought of everything and take good care of their guests. The deck overlooking the river is beautiful and very relaxing. The location could not be better! This is right next to one of the Summit Stage(bus) stops and also right behind Main Street and all the shops and restaurants of Frisco. We were very impressed and will definitely be staying here again. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

  • A wonderful place to stay. The condo was lovely. The children especially enjoyed playing in the river and the adults enjoyed the sound of the river from the condo. It easily slept 8 people and had 3 separate showers for getting ready, which was really nice. The location was great allowing us to easily walk downtown. I can't wait to come back. Thank you.
