LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: This is the oceanfront villa that you want at the price you can afford to pay! Totally remodeled and ready for 2011 beach-goers!

Standing at the kitchen sink, you can see the ocean. Sitting at the dining room table, you can see the ocean. Lounging on the sofa, you can see the ocean. Relaxing in the bedroom, you can see the ocean. Chillin' on the balcony, you can see the ocean.

BRAND NEW IN 2010: The entire pool area has been redone! New & bigger pool with jets and sprays, new & bigger kiddie pool, new hot tub, new bath house with restrooms, updated beach shower. This will be the most sought-after condo complex on the island!

Our Shorewood is right smack-dab on the ocean--on the 5th floor "penthouse" level in South Forest Beach. Shorewood Condo Association rates 533 as the best view in the building. Proof that it is the most desirable address in town? The retired couple that rented November in 2006 came back again in 2007,2008, 2009, & 2010. The same family will be here for their fourth year this Easter and our favorite Canadian "snowbirds" who've stayed for three months in 2007 and 2008 were back in 2009!!

As you enter the spacious foyer, your eye is drawn to the wall of windows which leads to the balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool (heated in season), kiddie pool, and hot tub and onto the ocean. Sit here and enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises over the Atlantic or linger over an evening cocktail while the sun sets into the sea.

After a hard day at the beach, relax in the COMPLETELY REMODELED living room which contains newer loveseat and sofa (queen sleeper) with brand new TV/DVD/VCR and Bose music system. The master bedroom (king), with recently updated bedding in November 2009, has access to the balcony--open the windows and fall asleep to the lullaby of the ocean waves. It contains plenty of closet and drawer space and brand new flat-screen TV/DVD. The second bedroom, completely redone bedding in January 2010, has two twin beds, brand new flat-screen TV/DVD, closet & dresser space and a "soft-foam" chair that pulls out to a single-size bed (suitable for a child). The updated kitchen with brand-new countertops has every imaginable appliance including washer/dryer and enough gadgets to satisfy a gourmet cook. The dining area has seating for six, but the best table in town with a view is right on your balcony! NEW CARPETING throughout was installed in 2008. Both bathrooms have been TOTALLY RENOVATED with new countertops, new floors, new walls, and the master bath has a new tiled walk-in shower with bench.

Shorewood is a gated property with security guard, covered parking, elevators (use the luggage cart for suitcases & groceries), beautiful pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and private boardwalk to the beach. Our villa has games, books, movies, rafts, kites, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, tennis racquets, and more; so you can pack light!

Walk to Coligny Plaza (restaurants, shops, pubs, movies, boutiques, groceries, hardware), tennis @VanDeMeer, Mini-Golf, and the teenage favorite, Sand Volleyball at the Holiday Inn.
