MY FIRST RENTER WENT DOWN FOR TWO WEEKS AND ENDED UP MOVING THERE FOR GOOD.WHEN I AM DOWN THERE I CANNOT HELP BUT RELAX.OUR POOL (30 SECOND WALK)POOL IS HEATED AND AIR-CONDITIONED-- IS SURROUNDED BY TROPICAL FLOWERS AND SOME PALM TREES. THE OCEAN IS A 4 MINUTES WALK-I HAVE TO PINCH MYSELF EACH TIME IT COMESINTO VIEW.I PROMISE THAT MY VILLA IS FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. TWO MONTHS LATER A BOUGHT ANOTHER,AND THREE MONTHS LATER I BOUGHT TWO MORE. I FLIPPED THREE OF THEM IN A YEAR AND DID VERY WELL. MY VILLA IS UNIQUE BECAUSE BUILDING 22 IS THE CLOSEST TO THE BEACH AT FIDDLERS COVE. WE ALSO ARE UNIQUE BECAUSE WE HAVE ACCESS TO A PRIVATE BEACH. I ALSO FURNISH ALL BEACH STUFF-CHAIRS,UMBRELLA,TOYS,FOUR-WHEEL CART.. BUILDING 22 ALSO HAS A SHOWER RIGHT ON THE FENCE. THIS MEANS YOU CAN WASH ALL THE SAND OFF EVERYTHING. MY VILA IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR SO I ASK THAT NO BEACH STUFF GOES IN THE VILLA. JUST WASH IT OFF AND TAKE IT AROUND TO THE BACK PORCH. IN THIS WAY THERE IS NO SAND AND GRIT GET IN THE VILLA. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON A FIRST FLOOR UNIT IN BUILDING 22. ON A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER DAY WE HAVE ONLY 10% OF THE PEOPLE ON THE PUBLIC BEACH 200 YARDS AWAY. IT IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. OUR OLYMPIC SIZE POOL AND BIG HOT TUB ARE SECONDS AWAY. YOU CAN BRING FOOD AND DRINKS TO THE POOL. IF YOU FORGET SOMETHING IT ONLY TAKES LITERALLY 30 SECONDS TO GO TO THE VILA. I LIKE TO GO AT NIGHT TO THE HOT TUB BEFORE I GO TO BED. IT IS VERY RELAXING AFTER A TOUGH DAY AT THE BEACH.

John's Villa is lovely, exactly as described. All the kitchen gadgets you would have at home. Beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Home away from home. This was by far one of my most enjoyable vacations; relaxing/peaceful/beautiful. The villa was well maintained, very clean, extremely comfortable, exactly as described in the brochure and website. Everything was top notch, all you had to do was unpack and start enjoying your stay. Location wise, this villa is the best one in the complex; 1st floor, close to the main pool/hot tub, tennis courts and private beach access. Hilton Head Island had many wonderful restaurants and local entertainment. I can't wait to return for another vacation!! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a week in paradise.

Both our stays at John's villa was excellent. It has everything you need. Very clean and decorated beachy perfect. The pool is very clean and the beach just a few minutes walk to the pathway. Being on the first floor is great for unloading your car. Lots to see and do. Tons of restaurants and places to shop. We're staying there again in November 09 over Thanksgiving. Can't wait.

My husband, children and I had a wonderful week visiting HHI and the villa was awesome! Perfect distant from the beach, the pool was terrific, and the villa was very clean and comfortable! We definitely hope to return!

We spent a wonderful relaxing week in this condo. The location and access to the beach are great! It was so nice not to have to bring chairs etc. for the beach since they are provided. This villa is indeed a home away from home. After a day of sun and sand , we could lounge at the nearby pool. I highly recommend this villa for a dream vacation to HHI.

We have had many fun trips to Hilton Head Island, made even better by this condo. The unit is very clean and comfortable, artistically decorated with attractive furnishings and beautiful Pergo flooring. With easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls, the location makes vacationing convenient. Also, there were beach chairs available to us on the back deck. The kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, and refrigerator with icemaker, pots/pans, coffee maker, and linens. Like home only away from home!

We arrived on a Saturday to bright sunshine and warm temperatures. The gated community was immaculate and close to the Ocean and beach. The villa was beautiful, well furnished, comfortable, quiet and all appliances and furnishing were new and all was as advertised it felt like home! Just a short walk (villa had beach chairs and a cart to help haul the things) to the beach which was also litter free; miles and miles of pristine sand was uncrowded. Grocery stores were close and there are tons of resturants and places to eat - from national chains to locally owned. Easy to get around but one does need a car. We particuarly enjoyed a resturant called "Franky Bones" - the service was very good and the steaks are supurb. Would we go back - you bet we would. We highly reccommend it.

My stay was great. John's vila is very nicely done. It was extremely clean. The furniture and beds were like new- i liked that he had down pillows. It was only 30 seconds to the pool and spa--- we will be back
