The Villa Park House Bed and Breakfast in Spring Lake, New Jersey is a grand, Victorian-era home that has been a welcomed retreat for visitors since 1896. As one of Spring Lake's original buildings, Villa Park House has been the choice for many wanting to relax and rejuvenate near the Atlantic Ocean. Our mission is to provide our guests with an impeccably clean and comfortable room, a hot and hearty breakfast, and enjoyable common grounds.
Villa Park House is one of the few Bed and Breakfasts in Spring Lake that welcomes families with children. We are conveniently located four-and-one-half blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and two miles of Jersey Shore boardwalk and sandy beaches.
The house itself is decorated with vibrant colors perfect for a New Jersey wedding, family reunion, anniversary, retreat, girls/guys weekend, or that much needed vacation. Each room is different and has a personality of its own. There are eleven guest rooms available, and the functional floor plan allows for multiple adjoining room combinations that will allow us to accommodate larger families.
On the main floor of the Villa Park House is a beautifully-appointed parlor with wing back chairs and a sofa to offer the perfect getaway for reading, relaxing, or socializing. You can also relax in a rocker while enjoying the serenity of the wraparound porch and let the ocean breeze soothe your soul. Work is rarely allowed unless you are working up an appetite for the beach, a lake adventure, shopping, or a nap.
