Our condo is know to be one of the nicest, most beautifully decorated and comfortable in the Reserva Conchal Resort, home of the new WESTIN PLAYA CONCHAL RESORT HOTEL. You'll get the sense of being in the tropics as the entire unit is designer decorated with lush plantings, original artwork, ceiling fans in all rooms, Spanish tile floors throughout, beautiful fabrics, and high quality furniture. The three bedrooms each have their own private bath. We have strived to insure that each guest is very comfortable and delighted with their surroundings.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want except for your food, drinks and wine which are available at numberous nearby grocery stores. And if you prefer to experience the wonderful restaurants in the area you won't be dissapointed. We have provided an extensive updated list in the condo of most of the options in the area as well as our favorite recommendations.
And because we know you are not going to Costa Rica to spend a lot of time inside we know you will love the large covered varanda that features lots of comfortable padded natural wood furniture, dining table that seats up to 6 people, as well as beautiful palm trees and other potted plants. Be sure to look at the attached pictures of our varanda as you'll see it offers all the beauty and comfort so you can enjoy the views of the ocean, golf course, mountains and most of all the wonderful sunsets you'll see each evening. This is one of the few condos to offer all this outside beauty, comfort and quality as many other condos provide only a few chairs and a small table. We are also one of the only to provide a Weber gas BBQ grill for your use.
We are located at the FIVE STAR Reserva Conchal Resort and offer all the amenities the resort offers including access to the new exclusive RESERVA CONCHAL BEACH CLUB which is a private club with adult and childrens pools, full health club, exquisit dining and private beach.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Conchal
Reserva Conchal really impressed us. It's THE place to be in Costa Rica. Not only does the resort offer every amenity you can think of there is so much to do in the surrounding area. The resort is a gated community which provides security and safety and we're always happy when we get back to Reserva Conchal after visiting other places around Costa Rica and surrounding countries.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You name it and it's there. Golf, tennis, beautiful beach, private world class beach club, monkeys, pariots, exotic birds, and all sorts of interesting animals and wild life. There is a very helpful staff both at the Rental Office which is open 24 hours a day as well as at the condo management office which is usually open from 8AM to 10PM in case you should need assistance with anything in the condo as far as maintenance, etc.

My husband and I visited Costa Rica a couple of years ago thinking we would see as much as possible, buy some post cards and T-Shirts and ended up buying a condo. We bought it before it was built and had the opportunity to make it just the way we wanted it. It then took over a year to decorate with the help of Costa Rica's finest interior designers.

Staying at this fabulous condo made leaving Costa Rica incredibly difficult. It leaves no room for improvement as it is beautifully furnished, commands a fabulous view of the golf course, mountains, and ocean, and is within short driving distance to many wonderful sights and places of interest on the western side of this fascinating country. And, unlike many other "resorts" in the area, you have an abundance of terrific dining options within easy reach should you not wish to cook at "home". The owners, Bob and Suzi, provide a wealth of information prior to your arrival taking the guess work out of many decisions one might need to make in a new and different place. However, once there, Melissa, your "personal concierge" is only a phone call away and graciously assists with excursions, dinner reservations, etc....even checking for us to see when the gas stations might have gas again! (We were running low and it just so happened that the gas truck wasn't delivering for a couple of days. My advice would be to keep a relatively full tank during your vacation since most rental car companies want it returned that way anyway.) I would definitely suggest that anyone visiting Costa Rica bring binoculars. You'll not want to miss a thing even as you sit on the verandah of the condo taking in the abundance of "wildlife" you might even see from there. And, everyone is so very friendly...on and off the property. This was not our first trip to Costa Rica and it most certainly will not be our last. However, any future visits will be planned around the availability of this lovely condo. Bob and Suzi.....thank you so much for making this a most memorable "last minute" get-away!

She originally booked a room at the Westin Hotel, which is very nice, but after hearing about our condo decided to change and stay at our place. We have never had an unhappy or dissatisfied guest or anyone feel they wish they would have stayed in another condo, resort or hotel. Their review is very typical of the response we get from everyone. Most of our guests come back each year or tell their friends about our condo.

Many thanks to you, Bob & Suzi. From the beginning when we were deciding whether or not to come to Costa Rica, our experience with you has been superb! Your condo is a special haven, how nice it was to hang our hats in a space so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Your vacation advice was much appreciated and really helped make our stay a smooth one. Some highlights of our trip include sip-lining, spending the afternoon at Lola's, and enjoying the freshly grilled fish at Happy Snapper. All must-do's! Our favorite moments were spent down at the Beach Club. The chef made a special birthday cake for Claire as she turned 15 while we were there. The staff came out and sang happy birthday. We enjoyed the massages by Heavenly Hands on the beach, Meg and I used the fitness center daily, Claire looks like a native from all of her sunning and Caroline swam so much I think she has turned into a fish.The other families that stayed in the resort were so kind, Caroline had a playmate everyday and we met some great people. The sunsets were amazing from your veranda, we enjoyed their beauty every night with the monkeys singing once the sun went down. Melissa, the young lady you set up as our "personal concierge" is as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. What a nice touch it is to have her checking in on us and making arrangements for us. We really liked her a lot! Thanks again for everything. We had a fantastic week. It was gorgeous; the condo and everything else in Costa Rica. We loved the local restaurants and the food was great. The ATV tour gave us a great opportunity to see lots of different parts of the landscape as well as where the local people live. Thank you so much for the incredible condo, this was the best vacation we've had in years! NOTE BY OWNER: These people have been back to our condo every year since their first trip.

WEATHER: HOT & SUNNY Some really good local places to eat. Thanks for the recommendations. The golf course was great. Things at the hotel were expensive but local places are reasonable. We really enjoyed your condo. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were 6 of us and we were all happy to have rented your place.

We are here this week to close on our condo--#62. It has been a wonderful week relaxing by the pool, walking on the beach, and slowing our pace while we waited for things to happen in Costa Rican time. Today we closed! (Friday instead of Monday) and made some progress toward getting some furniture and accessories. Wish we could be here another week but we must return tomorrow to the cold. We look forward to our next trip to our paradise and look forward to meeting you. Your condo is gorgeous and we loved being here. Best wishes to you on this adventure. P.S. We have a story that's similar to yours. We came here for a vacation without a thought of buying a condo. Here we are 4 months later--excited owners with a new adventure ahead of us.

Our trip has been sooo wonderful and relaxing. My favorite part has been getting out to see...the festivals with bull riding, surfing in Tamarindo, zip line/canopy tour, horseback riding/mud bath in Buena Vista, and all the beautiful fun beaches. The Monkey Park was also very interesting. It's been fun brushing up on my Spanish and conversing with the Ticos. They are so sincere and happy. I have much respect for their culture and simple life. It's Pura Vida! The condo is wonderful, comfortable, and BEAUTIFUL! Waking up every morning to the view of the ocean and mountains is inspirational. Thank you!
