  Wow! We had a wonderful time. Thanks for the excellent and beautiful accommodations, organization, amenities, and Melissa. The trip has been calm and relaxing for all of us. We did too many things to list. But the Readers Digers version----ASK MELISSA! She is wonderful.

  We travel as a group to special places each year and we all agree this was the most fabulous and want to come back. Each of us enjoyed different adventures--the beach club & pool certainly, and the golf course was GREAT! The employees everywhere were wonderful, kind, patient. We had fun days on ATV's and zip line, Tamarindo,and the volcano. Your condo is beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Thanks so much foe sharing this wonderful place with us.

  This was the third and final leg of out trip and the most enjoyable and relaxing. Your home is your masterpiece and we wanted to take a "Suzi" back home with us. We had a fabulous day shopping @ Guiatil and then traveling to the Hidden Garden air galleries where we found our "Suzi". We are very fond of your technique and bought many pieces. The beaches were lovely, we especially liked Playa Grande, playa Avellana, and collected lots of sea shells. Hope to be back! Pura Vida!

  Monkey's walking on 2nd fairway. Crossing the San Francisco Bridge on the way to Polo Verde---beautiful boat tour. Sitting on the patio bird watching with morning coffee. Getting gas @ gas station---an experience. The road to Avelanas. "Costa Rican chair massage" and Lola's...what a wonderful place. Counting out your Colonies @ the grocery store and feeling like a 1st grader. Hanging out ant your beautiful beach club. The worst thing...saying adios to your wonderful casa.

  Staying at this fabulous condo made leaving Costa Rica incredibly difficult. It leaves no room for improvement as it is beautifully furnished, commands a fabulous view of the golf course, mountains, and ocean, and is within short driving distance to many wonderful sights and places of interest on the western side of this fascinating country. And, unlike many other "resorts" in the area, you have an abundance of terrific dining options within easy reach should you not wish to cook at "home". The owners, Bob and Suzi, provide a wealth of information prior to your arrival taking the guess work out of many decisions one might need to make in a new and different place. However, once there, Melissa, your "personal concierge" is only a phone call away and graciously assists with excursions, dinner reservations, etc....even checking for us to see when the gas stations might have gas again! (We were running low and it just so happened that the gas truck wasn't delivering for a couple of days. My advice would be to keep a relatively full tank during your vacation since most rental car companies want it returned that way anyway.) I would definitely suggest that anyone visiting Costa Rica bring binoculars. You'll not want to miss a thing even as you sit on the verandah of the condo taking in the abundance of "wildlife" you might even see from there. And, everyone is so very friendly...on and off the property. This was not our first trip to Costa Rica and it most certainly will not be our last. However, any future visits will be planned around the availability of this lovely condo. Bob and Suzi.....thank you so much for making this a most memorable "last minute" get-away!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: Alicia is a travel agent and and her husband have traveled all over the world. She originally booked a room at the Westin Hotel, which is very nice, but after hearing about our condo decided to change and stay at our place. We have never had an unhappy or dissatisfied guest or anyone feel they wish they would have stayed in another condo, resort or hotel. Their review is very typical of the response we get from everyone. Most of our guests come back each year or tell their friends about our condo.

  Many thanks to you, Bob & Suzi. From the beginning when we were deciding whether or not to come to Costa Rica, our experience with you has been superb! Your condo is a special haven, how nice it was to hang our hats in a space so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Your vacation advice was much appreciated and really helped make our stay a smooth one. Some highlights of our trip include sip-lining, spending the afternoon at Lola's, and enjoying the freshly grilled fish at Happy Snapper. All must-do's! Our favorite moments were spent down at the Beach Club. The chef made a special birthday cake for Claire as she turned 15 while we were there. The staff came out and sang happy birthday. We enjoyed the massages by Heavenly Hands on the beach, Meg and I used the fitness center daily, Claire looks like a native from all of her sunning and Caroline swam so much I think she has turned into a fish.The other families that stayed in the resort were so kind, Caroline had a playmate everyday and we met some great people. The sunsets were amazing from your veranda, we enjoyed their beauty every night with the monkeys singing once the sun went down. Melissa, the young lady you set up as our "personal concierge" is as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. What a nice touch it is to have her checking in on us and making arrangements for us. We really liked her a lot! Thanks again for everything. Bill's brother has been wanting to come to Costa Rica and I sent him your information today. Everything was perfect. If you are ever in Minnesota, please contact us, we would love to meet you both.   We had a fantastic week. It was gorgeous; the condo and everything else in Costa Rica. We loved the local restaurants and the food was great. The ATV tour gave us a great opportunity to see lots of different parts of the landscape as well as where the local people live. Thank you so much for the incredible condo, this was the best vacation we've had in years! NOTE BY OWNER: These people have been back to our condo every year since their first trip.

  WEATHER: HOT & SUNNY Some really good local places to eat. Thanks for the recommendations. The golf course was great. Things at the hotel were expensive but local places are reasonable. We really enjoyed your condo. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were 6 of us and we were all happy to have rented your place.

  We came down for 8 days to stay and see my older sister get married on the beach. It went by too fast! The condo was beautiful and felt like home. Thank You!!

  We are here this week to close on our condo--#62. It has been a wonderful week relaxing by the pool, walking on the beach, and slowing our pace while we waited for things to happen in Costa Rican time. Today we closed! (Friday instead of Monday) and made some progress toward getting some furniture and accessories. Wish we could be here another week but we must return tomorrow to the cold. We look forward to our next trip to our paradise and look forward to meeting you. Your condo is gorgeous and we loved being here. Best wishes to you on this adventure. P.S. We have a story that's similar to yours. We came here for a vacation without a thought of buying a condo. Here we are 4 months later--excited owners with a new adventure ahead of us.
