This beautiful, no smoking condominium has it all and includes access to the private and exclusive RESERVA CONCHAL BEACH CLUB. The three bedrooms (queen, queen, king) each have their own private bath plus another half bath in main area. The kitchen is fully equipped with local pottery and dishes. There is a large outside patio with lots of comfortable furniture and place for six to dine.
The feeling of being in the tropics with lush plantings, ceiling fans in all rooms, Spanish tile throughout, beautiful fabrics, and high quality furniture puts this property in the luxurious category. You will have all the comforts of home and more.
The condominiums are located at the five star Reserva Conchal Resort and offer all the amenities the resort offers including access to the new exclusive Beach Club which is a world renowned private club with adult and childrens pools, full health club, exquisit dining and private beach. You have the choice of signing up for the all-inclusive plan or pay a la carte for the food and drinks at resort and try some of the local restaurants. The resort pool is the largest free-form pool in Costa Rica and has a swim-up bar in lush tropical setting.
There are always lots of planned activities at the big pool including water volleyball and aqua fitness. The condominiums have private clubhouse and small infinity pool available exclusively for condominium owners and renters.
The activities are indeed numerous for all ages. There is a kid's club with a rock climbing wall and trampoline. The championship golf course is a real challenge and adventure with the wild animals and birds. There are tours available to see nesting turtles, zip-line through the canopy of trees, see a volcano, visit the nearby primitive zoo and butterfly garden. There is paint ball and Spanish dancing lessons. The beach is known to be the most beautiful white sand beach in Costa Rica. The sunsets are gorgeous to watch from your own private patio.
The people of Costa Rica who will serve you are the best. They are friendly and welcoming and always have a smile on their faces, and, in most cases, do not always have a hand out for a tip. They are lovely and gracious and want you to have a good experience.

My husband and I visited Costa Rica a couple of years ago thinking we would see as much as possible, buy some post cards and T-Shirts and ended up buying a condo. We bought it before it was built and had the opportunity to make it just the way we wanted it. It then took over a year to decorate with the help of Costa Rica's finest interior design people.

Reserva Conchal really impressed us. It's THE place to be in Costa Rica. Not only does the resort offer every amenity you can think of there is so much to do in the surrounding area. The resort is a gated community which provides the security and safety and we're always happy when we get back home after visiting other places around Costa Rica and surrounding countries.

We had a fantastic week. It was gorgeous; the condo and everything else in Costa Rica. We loved the local restaurants and the food was great. The ATV tour gave us a great opportunity to see lots of different parts of the landscape as well as where the local people live. Thank you so much for the incredible condo, this was the best vacation we've had in years! NOTE BY OWNER: These people have been back to our condo every year since their first trip.

WEATHER: HOT & SUNNY Some really good local places to eat. Thanks for the recommendations. The golf course was great. Things at the hotel were expensive but local places are reasonable. We are here this week to close on our condo--#62. It has been a wonderful week relaxing by the pool, walking on the beach, and slowing our pace while we waited for things to happen in Costa Rican time. Today we closed! (Friday instead of Monday) and made some progress toward getting some furniture and accessories. Wish we could be here another week but we must return tomorrow to the cold. We look forward to our next trip to our paradise and look forward to meeting you. Your condo is gorgeous and we loved being here. Best wishes to you on this adventure. P.S. Our trip has been sooo wonderful and relaxing. My favorite part has been getting out to see...the festivals with bull riding, surfing in Tamarindo, zip line/canopy tour, horseback riding/mud bath in Buena Vista, and all the beautiful fun beaches. The Monkey Park was also very interesting. It's been fun brushing up on my Spanish and conversing with the Ticos. They are so sincere and happy. I have much respect for their culture and simple life. It's Pura Vida! The condo is wonderful, comfortable, and BEAUTIFUL! Waking up every morning to the view of the ocean and mountains is inspirational. Thank you!
