Our 2-story townhouse offers 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom--one king bed and two twins--and a spectacular fairway/lagoon view of golf course located in the beautiful gated resort of Shipyard Plantation!! Very comfortable living for a week, month or winter getaway.

*Additional Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, private full bath, and large closets. Sliding glass doors open to a large deck that overlooks the golf course with wicker settee and table, a private sitting area for you and your guests to enjoy the outdoors.
*Full size washer and dryer are located in the hall laundry closet with plenty of stow-away room for golf clubs, tennis racquets, and more.
The Shipyard Beach Club is exclusively available for use by Shipyard guests only and is just a short bicycle ride away. A shuttle runs throughout the spring and summer months to and from the beach for your convenience, and parking is available for Shipyard guests at the Beach Club. Once you get inside the gates, it's like a private hideaway-without any of the usual resort traffic.
