Great Condo...Best Vacation

This condo was the best. Balcony view of the River Run slope was the fantastic. Condo is very quiet, clean, and spacious. The 3 bathrooms were very large with stand up showers as well as bathtubs. Will stay here again in 2013. The owner, Larry, is a great guy and a pleasure to work with.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great ski in/ski out condo!

Everything was perfect!! The location was outstanding and easy access to everything in the village and on the slopes!! Only negative was the fridge did not cool.....But still will rent this unit again and again!!

Owner response:The refrigerator was fixed as soon as possible.

Always perfect. The Lone Eagle is simply the best condo in Keystone. I have stayed many times in Breck, Frisco, Silverhorne, Keystone, and Copper in both winter and summer (since 1979), but since finding Larry's Lone Eagle unit we have not considered staying anywhere else when in Summit County. The Lone Eagle is impressive in every way, great access to River Run, great views, and Larry's rates are unbeatable. Thank you Larry, Neil and Freda

Dear Larry: Once again we had an absolutely spectacular time at your condo - which is why we keep coming back. This was our first summer experience, and we found it every bit as enjoyable as our winter ski trips due in large part to your condo - its location, view, amenities, furnishings, ambience, comfort and coziness ... the only place we've found that feels "just like home." As always, we also appreciated your gracious personal attention. For those looking for a one-of-a-kind condo and vacation experience, Larry's unit and customer service sets him apart from all other rentals in the Lone Eagle and at Keystone. I have attended a conference in Keystone for the past 12 years. We have stayed at a variety of condos claiming "short bus ride", "walking distance", and "ski in/ski out". Larry's condo at Lone Eagle blows the others away. It is a true ski in/ski out, as you can put your skis on at the door, ski to the lift or Gondola, and you are off. You can ski right back to this door when you are done. The views of the skiers are awesome, and the background mountains are breathtaking. Lone Eagle in general, and Larry's condo specifically, are fabulous. Everything is top quality with all the amenities you need, and each room is spacious. No need to look elsewhere. If you are staying at Keystone, this is your only choice.

Hi Larry, Just back from a fabulous weekend in Keystone and wanted to thank you so much for renting your place to us. It is such a fabulous place and has absolutely everything we needed. The skiing was good, although a little warm at times and it was so nice to just kick off our skis and be straight back at the condo without dragging through River Run to cars, buses etc... We'd really like to rent from you again and are looking towards Christmas of this year but it looks like you're already booked (can't say I'm surprised!) Do you have any other condos or know of anyone else that rents in Lone Eagle??? Thanks once again,

Absolutely the best!!! I have stayed at 15+ different ski condo's in Colorado, Utah and in the German and French Alp's and this was BY FAR the best "real" ski-in ski-out condo I have ever been to. It is "priceless" to stand on the balcony and be able to see the gondola/lift lines, to see how crowded the slopes are, and to be able to actually "hear" the ski condition on the slope as the skiers/snowboarders pass by...you can then be on the gondola/lift within, literally, ten minutes...max! Additionally, the condo itself is fantastic and has everything to make it seem like "home." It is obvious that Larry and Janna take care of and "manage" this condo themselves, which is likely the single factor that makes this place so much better than the rest. I will be back!!!

Larry, we all loved the condo and we hope to come back next year. I can't imagine a better view of the mountain and its as close as possible to the lifts. Oh yeah and the condo is gorgeous! The pictures on the web do not do it justice.

Larry, We had a Great time in your beautiful 2 bedroom condo. The view of River Run from your deck is absolutely gorgeous. The access to the Gondola and Quad Chair Lift is literally out your back door. The underground parking was very convenient. Your Condo has everything anyone could ask for and more. I have stayed at the Lodge, The Inn, Slopeside and various condos throughout Keystne and in my opinion, Lone Eagle is by far the best in Keystone. Location, Luxury and did I mention Luxury.
