The condo was exactly as advertised. Very quiet building with a nice pool. 3 bedrooms was a big plus! Well-equipped and very homey. It is also close to everything-stores, restaurants and beaches. There was a small park nearby for an afternoon play break. The condo was everything we hoped it would be and a wonderful break from New England winter weather. Thank you!

We love Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, so when the opportunity to buy came up, we jumped all over it! The building is solid and the tenants are friendly. It's close to everything.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We like the fact that the condo is in a low rise, three floor condo with access to an elevator. It has lots of free parking and a beautifully maintained property including a large, very clean pool. The condo is at the back of the building and on the top floor. So it's private, quiet and green. Cape Canaveral is a small community with a big heart and lots to do, if you want.
