Beautiful three-story home in the exclusive Tahoe Donner Tract. This home backs up to greenbelt. It with a huge wrap-around deck to enjoy the peaceful setting. The main level has a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath just outside of bedroom entry door. Upstairs is the loft and two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed and a twin... three twin beds are in that room. The loft has a pull out sofa-bed. This level of the house sleeps 7 with a full bath on this floor. The main floor also has two very expensive and comfortable futons... one is a queen and one is a double.

Centrally located 20 minutes from Lake Tahoe and 5 minutes to Donner Lake. It's just minutes from historic downtown Truckee with great shopping and restaurants right on the beautiful Truckee River.

The home is near world class skiing, 15 min to Northstar and Squaw Valley, 30 min to Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl and 10 min to cross country skiing such as Tahoe Donner. 30 min to cross country at Royal Gorge.

There is something for everyone year around and this home is located in one of the most beautiful vacation areas in the world. Driveway is plowed. PLEASE NOTE: DRIVEWAY ACCESS IS VERY IMPORTANT. OUR HOUSE IS ON THE SUNNY SIDE OF THE STREET AND HAS A VERY SLIGHT SLOPE. SOME STEEP DRIVEWAYS OR DRIVEWAYS ON THE SHADY SIDE OF THE STREET WILL STAY FROZEN AND ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO ACCESS.
