This One Bedroom southside oceanview condominium is located in the Renaissance Tower on the 16th floor. Views from every room will make it so you do not miss anything on the beach. While preparing meals in the kitchen you can watch the waves roll onto the sandy beaches.
This smoke-free condominium has been completely renovated and redecorated keeping the beach in mind. Wallpaper borders, fresh paint, new furniture, new appliances, and many upgrades awaits your arrival. Nothing was spared to make your vacation the very best it can be.
There are two TVs and DVD player to make your relaxation even more complete. Sit on the balcony and have that drink and watch the dolphins jump or the children play. This 33 acre gated resort with its manicured lawns, gardens and ponds are ready for guests.
The six pools located in and around the resort not only for daytime use but underwater lights at night make it spectacular for viewing. For your convenience there are barbeques and swings located around the resort.
The beachfront night club with live entertainment, deli and snack bars will welcome you with fresh lemonade, ice cream or a light lunch.

This was a wonderful vacation. The condo was more than what we had expected, and resort was wonderful also. We started off our vacation with not knowing what to expect and so surprised when we entered and found a beautiful condo, and well equipped with everything and more of what we needed to complete our vacation. We will be back and would recommend this resort and martins rentals to all of our friends. Lori
