  This was the perfect place to unwind and relax after long days at the Parks! It only took about 10-15 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks and about 25 minutes to get to Universal. There were plenty of conveniences within about 5 minutes, like a grocery store, drug store, and restaurants. The communication with Jenny before, during, and after our stay was fabulous and she was more than hospitable and accommodating. The place was in immaculate condition and the pool and hot tub were clean, warm, and refreshing. We especially enjoyed the privacy while swimming in the pool, as the house backs onto greenery rather than another house. We stayed here with our three children and my mom and felt there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Orlando area and will seek this place out the next time we come! Thanks, again, Jenny, for sharing your home with us! -Heather

  We all had a fantastic time staying in this villa, situated only 5 minutes from the i4. We have been to florida 4 times and we weren't sure what security would be like However this was probably the most peaceful villa we have stayed in. The villa was very clean when we arrived, full of all the mod cons we could hope for. The swimming pool and play room was great 4 all of the all of the family. Although I like trying new places if I went back to Florida I would be inclined to revisit this beautiful villa. The owners were also very responsive to any communication leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommended.

  The villa was situated in a very peaceful area where we saw some beautiful birds but was in easy reach of all the theme parks. We all said how welcoming it was and how at home we felt. We could not think of any negative points as everything we needed was there. It was also reassuring to have a local contact should there have been any problems. We also thought it was a very nice touch that Jenny phoned us from the UK to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Heywood family from Croxley Green, Herts.

  As this was my first experience renting a home for a vacation, I had a lot of skepticism before arriving at the villa but everything changed within a week. Wonderful place: The villa is located in Sandy Ridge, which is only 5 miles from Disney World and 20 miles from Universal Studios, which is really close or really far when you factor the excitement of getting to these great places. There are a few restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy within a mile of the villa, which is great for last minute stops. During our stay, we say a security vehicle circling the community, which was a great way to feel safe in this new place. The house itself is really well taken care and equipped. Five bedrooms each equipped with its own TV… Three bathrooms, two of which are accessible from the two main bedrooms and one accessible from the house or the pool area… Nice open area that includes the dining room, living room and kitchen, all of which can easily accommodate a party of more than 10 people… A nice garage including a few games and a laundry set… Cable television with more channels that can be counted… Wifi internet connection to stay in touch with friends and family… Everything to make you feel in at home. The outdoor pool/spa is also a nice addition with a dining table outside for those outdoor brunch or dinner. The pool area is secured by a fence that children won’t be able to break into. Upon arrival, the villa was spotless, the table was set, a little welcome package was in the kitchen and we began our stay with a great first impression. Wonderful host: When we first got into the house, we felt like Jenny wanted us to feel welcome at her villa, almost as if a friend landed us his place to stay. This is her home away from home and we felt cherish to stay there. She called a few times before our stay to make sure that our expectations were met and that any questions were answered. These few phone calls got us to know each other and made me feel welcome to call her if there was anything during our stay. In the end, I hope to have been a better guest than she was a wonderful host. Would I return? Sure thing!!! We are planning our next stay for summer 2013 as we speak and it’s only been 2 weeks since my departure from the house. Now that says a lot.

  Dear Jenny & Barrie What a wonderful time we've had! Your villa is superb - extremely well-equipped and beautifully decorated with lovely furniture. Also, well situated. Let me know if you have a feedback page and I will write a good review and I will definitely recommend your villa. Many thanks once again for everything - the booking of the villa was so good. You are so organised and helpful and your information sheets were invaluable. Thank you for: letting us book the villa so far in advance, the wine, the welcome pack (which was a god-send after nearly a day of traveling) and the last minute BBQ (well used). You made the whole process so easy and this helped to make our special holiday fantastic and one none of us will ever forget.

  Hiya Jenny... We both loved how you have decorated it. My sister kept going on and on how much she loved your home...When I first saw it..I swore it looked like you have been shopping at Home Goods hehe..I love that store! You really made it a home away from home and me and my family loved it. I wanted to pack up the pool and spa...I was in every day and night. The location is lovely. I really liked that little lake up the road. People along the street were nice too..everyone always waving or saying hello. You just don't get that here in Norway. People frown lol. I haven't even been home a week and already looking into when we can go back again. Bethany, Norway. March 2012

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your lovely villa. You’d obviously put a lot of thought into furniture and fittings etc. Very tasteful.
