This is actually two 4 bedroom townhomes that can be rented together or separately. The townhomes are side by side located on a private beautifully landscaped lot just a short walk from the beach.
The ideal place for larger groups to come and enjoy the ocean at a price that isn't out of this world. This nicely decorated townhome is just one short block from the ocean with a beautiful sandy state beach to enjoy. You are also within walking distance of many wonderful Encinitas restaurants. Legoland is just five minutes north while Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and other popular San Diego attractions are just 30 minutes away. Encinitas is a much less crowded option with amazing beaches you can walk for mile on.
The unique part of this rental is the size of the home which offers the ability for large groups to be together part of the time and separate part of the time. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living/family room area on each floor of each townhome. Put the kids downstairs or maybe another family there. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped while the downstairs one has everything except a stove. We have boogie boards, beach equipment, and pretty much everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation.
There is a beautiful outdoor upper deck area which is entered from the master bedroom. It's the perfect place to soak up the sun or have a barbecue and enjoy the nice outdoor patio furniture. You'll look out to the large backyard which is lush with beautiful landscaping. |
