This is actually two 4 bedroom townhomes that can be rented together or separately. The townhomes are side by side located on a private beautifully landscaped lot just a short walk from the beach.
The ideal place for larger groups to come and enjoy the ocean at a price that isn't out of this world. This nicely decorated townhome is just one short block from the ocean with a beautiful sandy state beach to enjoy. You are also within walking distance of many wonderful Encinitas restaurants. Legoland is just five minutes north while Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and other popular San Diego attractions are just 30 minutes away. Encinitas is a much less crowded option with amazing beaches you can walk for mile on.
The unique part of this rental is the size of the home which offers the ability for large groups to be together part of the time and separate part of the time. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living/family room area on each floor of each townhome. Put the kids downstairs or maybe another family there. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped while the downstairs one has everything except a stove. We have boogie boards, beach equipment, and pretty much everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation.
There is a beautiful outdoor upper deck area which is entered from the master bedroom. It's the perfect place to soak up the sun or have a barbecue and enjoy the nice outdoor patio furniture. You'll look out to the large backyard which is lush with beautiful landscaping.

Why the Owner Chose Encinitas
Encinitas is a nice little suburban beach community in the perfect location. We are close enough to do all the San Diego attractions yet far enough away to get away from the summer congestion down in San Diego.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Being able to house 18 people together in this beautiful 8 bedroom home is very unique this close to the beach. The home is located just 100 yards from the beach with a public beach access right at the end of our street. This 8 Bedroom home is actually two 4 bedroom townhomes side by side on one very large private lot. The property is beautifully decorated first class with fountains in front and back, creating a quiet, serene setting to enjoy when you are at home. Enjoy the beach just a short walk away or visit popular San Diego attractions like Legoland, Seaworld, the Zoo, all just 30 minutes or less away.
Beach access point right at end of Grandview to this nice sandy beach. Lifeguard on duty in summer.
Restaurants and shops close by along with Leucadia donuts just around the corner for coffee and donuts.

My name is Sean Bohan. I have been a physical therapist practicing in the San Diego area for over 20 years now. My wife of 17 years is a clinical psychologist in private practice in San Diego. I was fortunate to discover Encinitas back in 1993, having grown up in San Diego. I also have coached youth soccer in Encinitas for many years. I have two beautiful daughters who are lucky to be growing up in such a special place like Encinitas by the beach.
