  This is a beautiful house with everything you could want or need for a beach vacation. Went for a week at end of July 07 and we are going back next year for sure.

  Just back from an awesome week in IOP. This house is everything the description says and more. The details are what sets this house apart from the others. Bill and Terri have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The house is incredibly clean, the beds are so comfortable we all had to pull back the sheets to see what brand they were and the kitchen is fit for a professional chef. There's no kitchen gadget that's missing to make gourmet meals and we put that to the test every night! Bill was great to work with and even called to welcome us to his home the first night. We'll definitely be back later in the season. We had a fantastic time!

  We're a group of 10 women friends - "Penthouse Chicks" - who take a beach vacation together every year. Our stay at IOP was the best one yet. The house is absolutely beautiful - the decor, bedding, even kitchen equipment where top quality. The openness of the second floor living room with lots of comfy couches made it the perfect place for a large group to hang out together. Two master suites with whirlpool baths gave us a spa atmosphere. There is an excellent DVD collection, an elevator, great porches front and back. Top notch.

  Absolutely the best VRBO stay after 11 years of using this source. The home is more beautiful than the pics can reflect, Bill, the owner, is always accessible for questions beforehand and, if needed, during the stay. Our family of 12 adults enjoyed the large professional kitchen since we are a bunch of southern cooks, the beds were so comfortable, and so on. No problems whatsoever. Our family will return soon!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities.

  This home is absolutely wonderful! Plenty of room for everybody! Especially enjoyed the kitchen area. We had a fantastic time with family and friends. Isle of Palms is a great place to visit. We hope to visit again!!

  The listing was absolutely accurate. The amenities were all better than we imagined, the layout was perfect and the location was very close to the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. All communications were friendly with the goal of making the stay what we wanted. The beach was gorgeous, Charleston was within reach, and yet we had the peace and relaxation of IOP. Just one warning, the speed on the bridge to IOP from the airport is 50, we think. No speed limit signs posted on the bridge, so we got $80 speeding ticket. House is a Fantastic value and we recommend it absolutely.

  My fiance' and I were looking for a house big enough to rent for our entire wedding party. When we came across the IOP beach house, we knew it was the one. This house is everything it is advertised to be, and then some! Not only is it the largest house on the block, but must be the nicest too. There are so many nice things about the house I can't list them all. But, we loved the elevator that helped us bring all our groceries and luggage up stairs. The first level bar was amazing to entertain, as was the pool area with the gas grill and covered patio. The upstairs is amazing! Wide open spaces with a huge first class kitchen. The owners of the house have gone all out with the interior and it shows! We loved the double master suites as it helped keep me and my brother from arguing who gets the master. The entire process from booking to check out was flawless and we really enjoyed the house. Our wedding day was made much easier too as The ladies could get ready upstairs, and the guys downstairs. The two levels are almost two separate living areas if you want them to be. My personal favorite area was the upstairs front porch. It has plenty of room and seating, and a small ocean view too. The breeze will put you to sleep if your not careful! Overall I give the house 5 of 5 stars and would recommend this house to large families or even two small families as it is the perfect house for a group of people.

  So glad we found you and your beautiful home on line...our whole family young and old enjoyed your updated, inviting and relaxing beach home...plenty of space for all...the open bright main floor was a great gathering spot and the gourmet kitchen was top of the line and fun to all cook together...pool was great and plenty of "pool toys" plus beautifully landscaped...loved the southern style porches and easy access to the beach...hope to return again soon!...St. Louis family

  For the past 6 years our family has vacationed in the lap of luxury and comfort. With plenty of space to relax, play and create memories, we would not choose any other place to stay. The attention to detail with the chef's kitchen, relaxing pool and outdoor grill, and beautiful and comfortable furnishings inside and out make this house become your home during your stay. The owners provide for your every want and personally inquire about any needs during your stay. If "forever memories" are what your vacation goal is then staying at the IOP Beachhouse is the perfect choice!

  How fortunate we were to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Saints beach house. The only way to describe the house is PERFECT. It was fully equiped with absolutely EVERYTHING. The location was perfect. We celebrated our anniversary at Blossom's Restaurant in Charleston and they couldn't have done more if they tried. The grandkids loved having a pool to call their own and the maintenance on everything was in excellent condition. You want for nothing. The guys had a fun day golfing at Wild dunes. We literally had the beach to ourselves and loved having the buggies to carry all our "stuff" to the beach. Having the chairs and umbrellas there for our use was an added bonus. I could go on and on but to sum up the week, we created some wonderful memories. Thank you Bill and Terri.
