This home is located about three miles south of Sunriver on a treed, half acre lot. It is within 50 feet of the river and there is a river view from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Full length deck with hot tub, barbecue, picnic tables, and chairs also view the river. Large fenced front yard. Quiet area, just one neighbor.

Large, open, kitchen/dining/living areas. New game room with slate pool table, foosball table, electronic dartboard, and treadmill! Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one loft with four twin beds, plus double-size futon in living area. Heated mud room for pets, plus reading area in foyer and washer/dryer. Home has about 2000 square feet and is well maintained and fully equipped.

Several bikes are free to use (bring helmets), and a canoe and two kayaks at nominal rental. Wood stove with wood provided, kitchen fully loaded, and all dishes, pots, pan, appliances, linens, detergent, and more! Big screen TV, plus CD/DVD and VCRs. Three other TV sets plus games, books, and VCRs. Phone available, or you can plug your laptop into the line.
