Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port
This property is located in a very quite area of the beach. State park, Camp Helen, is on one side of the property and is rarely used by the public. There is just a vast stretch of beach with no buildings or anything to obstruce the view. We vacationed here for several years before purchasing our condo. It is just the perfect place to get away from all our distractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is located just down the street from Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores. Highway 30A is less than a mile away with outstanding restaurants, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, Seaside and Watercolor just a short drive. Fun places to shop. Destin is about 30 miles away with outstanding outlet mall, Silver Sands, and other excellent shopping and dining. It is the perfect location.

Our family had a terrific time. The condo was nicely decorated and clean (even had an upstairs). The condos are well insulated so you don't have to listen to your neighbors. The pools are great except for the depth (4 ft to mostly 8.5 ft; not too good for toddlers). The condo is convenient to supermarkets. Owner was sweet and accomodating. As always, the beach is gorgeous on the Gulf. I would recommend this property.
