Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We bought this house to compliment our existing vacation rental home a few doors down the street at 436 Barrett Drive, so we can accommodate larger groups. It is really close to great roads, so it is easy to get to the airport, drive a few minutes to great entertainment, shopping and restaurants, and drive a few minutes to the ski lifts and walk out the back yard into the forest.
The Unique Benefits at this House
412 Barrett Drive is a comfortable house that has great views of mountain ranges and Heavenly Ski Area. The high open beam ceilings, skylights and open great room are great for entertaining and conversing with family and friends. The river rock fireplace gives it a rustic mountain feeling.

My husband Vince and I lived at 436 Barrett Drive, in Stateline NV, in the Tahoe Basin in 1998 and 1999. I was a ski instructor at Heavenly during that season. Now we bring our kids, Forrest (2) and Raven (5) from San Francisco to 412 and 436 Barrett Drive frequently. Forrest likes to ride on my hip and skis a little. Raven is an expert skier. We love visiting our place in Tahoe in all seasons and would like to move back.

We had an amazing time at this house. It was for a bachelorette party and everyone had a great time. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The location was perfect. It was easy to find and the house was set up perfectly. If you want to enjoy yourself I would book this house. I'm going to keep it in mind next time I visit Tahoe. Thanks.

The ten of us had a great girls weekend skiing, hot tubbing, gambling, lounging and going to a concert, thanks to this great house's location and fun open space. The amenities were really nice.
