This condo was wonderful the views from the balcony were beautiful, close to all activies within walking distance. Very dog friendly and the Lake Park was great for walking your dog and meeting people. I would recommend this condo to anyone the owners are very easy to work with. Stayed the week of 6/19/10-6/26/10.

We stayed here in Oct. 2009. The condo was great, it had everything we needed. The view from the deck was AWESOME, we saw a wedding on the beach while we were out on the deck one afternoon. The location is terrific, you are able to walk to the pond, park, eating, etc. The condo was clean and well stocked.

communication with the owner was quick clear and no waiting. the house was everything as advertized. clean and well equipped.the on site management was friendly and helpful. the views were just as discribed. The stairs were not for the weak but the view was worth it. we will go again. If the fishing was as good as the house it would have been one for the record books. WE LOVED IT!

We found this listing by surfing the web and did a getaway over the long Labor Day weekend. It was easy to make arrangement with the owner and he promptly responded to our e-mail request. All I can say it was a very easy transaction to complete. The property was everything described, plus a little more. It was a home away from home with all the essentials. The beach and view from the third floor was excellent and relaxing. We are used to Florida beaches and the Carolina Beach property was very comparable, just less commercialized and less touristy than we anticipated. Plenty of things to do in the area. We took the moonlight river cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. Britt's doughnut shop was good, but we are still Hot Crispy Kreme people. We ate out all the time and found a good mixture of ethnic treats. Even went Morrocan in Wilmington which was excellent. The condo will be definitely on our list as a Repeat.

Nice place on the beach. no BBQ or nice out door's furniture. But we made do.

Overal nice beach spot for dog-lovers

For the price, I was happy with this condo. Not many places will allow our 3 dogs without an exorbitant pet fee. The layout is oddly long and thin with bedroom in the back, then bathroom, 2 bunks in the hall, and then living room with kitchen. You spend most of your time on the beach or living room area anyway, so you won't mind that the rest is nothing special. The living room area is light and well-maintained, and there's a nice porch with rockers. It's right at the beach, which we and our dogs loved. The non-beach area around was nothing special - just your regular old beach highway, but there was enough room for dog-walking. Overall, it was a good beach deal for dogs and 2 adults.

We also celebrated our anniversary the week (April 22nd to April 29th)we visited (our 19th)! The location was great. There’s a lakefront park where you can walk your dog very close by, as well as a seafood market, shopping and plenty of places to eat. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked for eating in. Great ocean views and sounds from the deck and living room. Very relaxing week.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and in spite of the blustery weather we had a wonderful time. This condo has everything you need, plus magnificent views. Walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants. You won't be disappointed.

This is a wonderful condo! It is stocked with all supplies and is decorated with a cheery beach theme. It's so nice to be able to hear the waves and see the beautiful ocean view from the deck and living area.

WOW! We could not believe what a beautiful condo this was!!!! The owners paid particular attention to "the little things" that make a place a home. We will definitly be staying there again. The view is the best around!!!!

My wife and I were finally able to spend a week at the beach again after several years not being able to. We were so glad we stayed here and had a wonderful and peaceful time. The condo is decorated in a yellow and blue theme which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. We hope to return to Carolina Beach and hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.
