The property has a pool and a 70 foot dock from which to bring your own or rent a boat. Paraiso was completely remodeled in 2004 with all faux marble tile flooring throughout. A cheerful, colorful Key West tropical decor and color scheme awaits you. Fully upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded bathrooms.
The location is a vacationer's dream with the clear waters of our Fort Lauderdale beaches, fine dining, boutiques, art galleries, exclusive shops, and nightlife within a few minutes from Paraiso. Has indoor dining for six and a candlelit outdoor gazebo dining area with seating for six.
The master suite is luxuriously appointed with a hand-carved, four-poster, king-size, pineapple bed. The second bedroom has an antique reproduction, iron and mahogany, queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed. Luxurious 400-thread count linens and Egyptian cotton towels provided.

This home is the most enjoyable, relaxing home that I have ever visited. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are going back next year. The property is absolutely beautiful, quiet, you don't need to leave once you get there. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants peace, quiet and a relaxing vacation with beautiful scenery. Beds are all very comfortable and the house is spotless clean. I loved it so much we didn't want to leave. Highly rated by us and other family members. Loved it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.
