This romantically decorated residence is beautifully furnished with designer touches and offers all the comforts of a luxury vacation home. It is located in an exclusive new gated community just five minutes from historic downtown Palm Springs. Come relax, swim in one of three community heated pools w/hot tubs or play a game of tennis at one of the courts on site. Our home is just steps away from one of the pools!

After a day at one of 100 nearby golf courses, enjoy a grilled meal in the peaceful serenity of 280 degree unobstructed mountain views in a private, professionally landscaped walled backyard w/ lovely outdoor patio dining.

This gorgeous 2600 sq. ft. home sits right across from the Aerial Tramway where by day, you can take the Tram across to the San Jacinto Mountains and go hiking or cross country skiing, and in the evenings enjoy one of the many great restaurants, a night of gambling at the New "Morongo" Casino or go dancing a downtown club.

Large living room with soaring 9 ft. ceilings, The Great room, features a gas fireplace, large desk, television with surround sound, DVD& VCR. Gourmet kitchen is equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances and every cooking tool imaginable.

Casual dining for 6 and breakfast bar for two. Formal dining area with seating for 8. Bright and spacious, the Master Suite has a queen size bed and is located on the west side of the home for optimal privacy and is very tastefully furnished. (TV/DVD). The attached master bath features a huge walk in closet, a jacuzzi sized tub, a separate walk in shower and vanity area with twin sinks. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the backyard. Chaise lounges and chairs are also provided to kick back and enjoy the views and desert sun.

Two other Guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house. A large second Master Suite has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin beds for singles, children or young adults. The other full bath is located between them.

Attached Guest Casita with private entrance has radio w/CD player, phone, wireless, desk, microwave with convection oven, fridge, coffee maker, queen bed and separate vanity area; bathroom with walk in shower.

Laundry area with washer and dryer offers convenience. There is also a three car garage with room for RV parking alongside of house.

POLICIES :

This is a strictly Non-Smoking Residence. Sorry, no pets or parties.
Payment Policy: All Room Rates and Deposits are in US Dollars. Advance reservations (more than 30 days prior to arrival) may be made by cashiers check, money order or travelers check or Credit Card. There is a 3% transaction fee for using the a credit card.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $250.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $500.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: A damage/security deposit of $500 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the home before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, country club pass, etc. You will be charged for damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear. You will also be charged for any violations to the homeowners rules.

MAID SERVICE :

Weekly maid service is available and required for monthly stays. For extended stay guests, this service includes clean linens, towels, kitchen and baths cleaned, dusting, floors mopped and vacuumed.

  • My friends and I, a group of 5 adults, stayed here over New Years, 2008 into 2009 and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The kitchen was phenomenal! It made us all want to rush home and make improvements at once. The back yard was sunny and spacious - great for barbecuing. The cabana was adorable The home is a very quick drive into "the strip" in Palm Springs, the Spa Resort casino is a 10 minute drive, and we didn't even begin to 'eat our way' through all the dining choices in the area. All of us were very pleased and impressed by the quality of the home and the immense care taken by the owner and manager to ensure we had a good time and that everyone worked well. I can definitely recommend this home during a stay in Palm Springs.

  • We just got back after spending a wonderful month in Palm Springs and it was this home that made it a memorable stay for us. It is spacious, comfortable and provided us with all of the comfort and needs to make it our home away from home for a month. We loved cooking and spending time in that large well stocked kitchen (and grilling in the back yard, looking at wonderful mountains). We will be back and this house will be our first choice.   • My friends and I (8 of us all together)just spent 4 days in Palm Springs; for most of us it was the first time. This home is perfect for a large group and conveniently located (within 10 -20 minutes) of everything! It was just as much fun to relax at the house as it was to go out and explore the sights. The beds are heaven - better than any hotel I have ever stayed in. I will be visiting Palm Springs again, and definately staying here!

  • I just got back home after spending a week at your house in Palm Springs.My family and I spent a lovely vacation there. Over a number of years I have exchanged homes or rented homes in the USA on annual vacations.My experience in renting yours was the most pleasant I have had from the beginning till the end. Your description is exactly as we saw it from the moment we opened the door.It is spacious,comfortable,well laid out and beautifully decorated in all the details. The walled back yard is exceptional striking with the mountain views. A great effort has been put into preparing the house for vacation renters.I have never seen a so well provisioned house.Everything and more is there from the kitchen to the bath rooms. Vacationers, all you have to do is move in and enjoy yourselfs.

  • We had a large family Thanksgiving in this extremely comfortable home. Of the many (dozens) of houses we have rented over the years, this is by far the best equipped with every comfort of home that we could want (and then some), plus interesting art, photographs and ornaments. We would strongly recommend this home as an ideal location for a family reunion such as ours or for groups of friends to gather - there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone without getting on top of each other but also enough communal areas for wonderful gatherings.

  • Comment Text: This place is wonderful! The house is beautiful and spacious and furnished magnificently. Beautiful glassware, beautiful appliances, it was truly a pleasure. (I wish I had such awesome appliances in my kitchen!) Very comfy beds with great rooms to choose from. There's a huge backyard for BBQs, and the mountain views right outside the front door are breathtaking. I appreciate the bikes in the garage available for riding and the pool and whirlpool in the complex were very clean. We took a morning bike ride the day we were going to be leaving, and it was astounding. I have never appreciated the desert so much after staying at this place. The landlords are professional, conscientious people. The landlords must be decorators, because the place is outfitted so beautifully. There are stunning photographs on the walls. Just stunning. If you're going to Palm Springs, I highly recommend this rental.

  • This was my first experience with VBRO and I picked the right home to start with. The owners are very helpful and knowledgable about the area. The rental process and return of all deposits went smoothly. However, the home was the best part. A truly beautiful location, fabulous decor and all the comforts of home and then some.   • The house is clean and beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is spacious with everything you could possibly need. BBQ in the yard with breathtaking mountain views was great for cooking in. A nice quiet retreat. We had a lovely time at the pool area and the spa was nice at night. It is in a good location too! The landlords are great to work with and are very accommodating.
