During your stay, your family will receive two keys to access the beach.

Completely furnished and tastefully updated, this 1800 square foot home features three bedrooms and two baths. This bright, open-concept home is freshly painted with relaxing earth-tone colors. The home, which accommodates up to 10 guests, also features a living room with a flat screen LCD TV and DVD player, a breakfast bar, and a large sun-filled room with attractive dining and sitting areas.

The master bedroom, with queen bed, features a new en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The first guest room includes a queen-size bed and provides a great view of the private backyard. The second guest room is furnished with two twin beds. In addition, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room and a new queen-size air bed.

Enjoy the large, private patio which overlooks the tropically landscaped and fenced backyard. Cook on the new gas grill and relax on the patio furniture (for six) as you sunbathe or dine al fresco.     A casually comfortable retreat that blends your vacation into a genuine Florida setting, uncrowded, unhurried and with the extravagance of a private Atlantic beach a stroll away through an upscale neighborhood.   • To say we loved your house is an understatement, it was amazing. It was roomy and efficient, with a relaxing layout. A major plus was being within a block of the ocean. The rooms were comfortable and clean and you and your agent were always there for us to answer any questions or satisfy any needs. We thank you for such an amazing trip.   • We loved the open layout of the house and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The master bedroom had particular charm. The kitchen was nicely laid out and easy to utilize. We had 3 children (ages 7, 5 and 1) as well has an additional guest and we found that there was plenty of room for everyone. We liked the fact that the kids could play in the living room while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the Florida room or on the patio. The grill worked great. The neighborhood was perfect. We walked to the beach as well as the park along the Intercoastal. We are definitely looking forward to staying at your home again in the future!

We especially enjoyed cooking on the gas grill and relaxing on the patio furniture that overlooks your beautiful gardens and private backyard. The check-in/check-out process could not have been easier! It was such a relaxing place to take our vacation, and we would love to come back!

  • Great place! Great time! For anyone who is looking to spend a wonderful family vacation in a beautiful beach home, 3205 Dow Street hits the mark! From it's layout to furnishings, from it's private beach to it's safe and quiet neighborhood, everything was more than we could have imagined. My entire family fell head over heels in love with your home and your attention to detail. There was truly a "home away from home" feeling. I think we will be pre-booking our March break for next year!
