We just got back from the TCI and wanted to let you know how great of a time we had. RWI was fantastic and your place couldn't have been in a better spot! I'm glad we rented a car because there was plenty to see and explore outside Grace Bay. You're Sail Provo suggestion was right on, this is a must in my opinion. We had three unbelievable meals at Bay Bistro, Grace's Cottage, and Magnolia. If you're looking for a place that soothes you and melts the stress of daily life away then visit TCI and stay here. It truly was one of the best vacations I've ever experienced.

Stayed here for a week to celebrate 25th wedding anniversary and couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony and had no problem getting chairs/umbrella when getting to the beach. Been to many resorts where you need to get down to the beach early to reserve some chairs but not here, if none available the staff would just bring out more. Enjoyed taking out the Hobbies and never had to wait long for one. And for the beach I can only say wow! Don't forget to have dinner on-site along with happy hour at the bar. Thanks Russ and Dominique for the memories and hope to get back!

Truly Paradise! This condo's description of the location was the best. Best view of the whole resort. Very clean. I would recommend this property and vacation to anyone who just wants to relax and see the bluest ocean and the whitest sand. Just spectaclar!! I would go back tomorrow if I could. Love Loved it. The only downfall is the prices on the island. Food is very expensive. Road bikes provided by the resort to the local grocery store to get things for breakfast and lunch, which was fun. Ate dinner out most everynight. The restaurant at the resort was very good, also sea side cafe.

"perfect little paradise hideaway" I couldn’t have described it better. We LOVED it. You have a special unit in a wonderful resort on a fabulous island. The only negative would be having to leave. Just returned home and we’re looking forward to coming back. Thank you Russ and Dominique for sharing your treasure with us.

My husband and I stayed the the beach front condo for 7 nights and I truly could have stay for a life time. Beachfront is the only way to go and being on the 2nd floor was breathtaking. Staff was great, the Mongo Reef Restaurant at the resort was the BEST, the chief actually cooked the fish we caught after a beautiful day of bottom fishing on the boat "FLASH", all arranged at the resort. Would we go back? In an instant. Would be stay at the same condo? Most definetly.

This was by far the most relaxing and romantic vacation we have ever taken! The condo was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having lunch and watching the sunsets on the ocean front balcony; it was breath taking! Grace Bay Beach was unbelievable; the sand is like baby powder, perfect for our morning runs! The water is the bluest you'll ever see, amazing! We enjoyed eating at the Counch Shack the outdoor dining was casual and the food was good. Everywhere we went on Provo. the people were very friendly! We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our 20th annv. We will be back, but not soon enough!

Royal West Indies Resort is a premier location on beautiful Grace Bay. This unit has the resort's prime spot, right on one of the best beaches in the world. The landscaping and attention to the upkeep of the resort is excellent. Great sunsets with a glass of wine could be enjoyed right off the balcony. We made good use of the fridge and microwave in the unit but also enjoyed the dinner offerings at a number of other local restaurants. The "Mango Reef" right at the resort was one of the best, amazing lobster! Dining under the palm trees at nearby Coco Bistro was a great experience and we enjoyed the various side trips in our rental car, once we got used to driving on the left hand side of the road! The quality of the grocery selections at the nearby Graceway Gourmet was impressive and we found a number of high quality gift shops in the same area. We have been to a number of other spots in the Caribbean and would rank this vacation right up at the top of all our trips. We definitely want to come back!

We stayed in this condo from December 25, 2009 - January 9, 2010 and loved it. The location can't be beat with the ocean just outside the patio doors. The resort is lovely and the restaurant on the property was delicious, as well as the strawberry daquiris and pina coladas! The condo was just as it is featured. You can sit out on the deck and enjoy the ocean and the beach scene or you can walk a short distance and sit in the beach chairs. Great service for getting you towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We had everything we needed in the condo and even had cleaning service during our stay which I've never had in the many condos I have rented. You will not be disappointed.

It was our first time at Turks and definitely not our last. Suite 123 was perfect...cozy, clean and with a fantastic view. The people, food and weather were perfect. The binder with restaurants and activities and important numbers was so helpful. We loved the dining magazine with the sample menus. There is nothing negative to report. Thank you Dominique and Russ....we will be back and asking for your lovely condo.

If your looking for a place for 2 on Grace Bay you can stop your search.....you've found it. Your getting the best in the resort for 25-35% percent less money AND full resort privileges. The real thing however is the oceanfront, it changes the whole complexion of your stay. Don't mess around with oceanview this or gardenview that go for the gusto, you wont be sorry.

What a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I were here Oct. 27 to Nov. 3 celebrating our 35th anniversary and enjoyed every minute. Unfortunately, our weather wasn't the best due to the effects of tropical storm Noel, but that just gives us another reason to return. Loved the balcony hammock!

We stayed in this unit the week of Aug 11-18, 2007. Everything was just as shown on vrbo. The unit is very pretty, spacious for a studio and has an incredible view. We used the spacious balcony as an extra room- had coffee and breakfast out there every morning. You feel like you're on the beach. i would not hesitate to rent this unit again and have recommended it to others.

Your condo, and our experience in Provo for my honeymoon, greatly exceeded our expectations! My wife and I enjoyed the spectacular views of the beach every morning from the balcony of one of Royal West Indies' best studio suites - while we enjoyed our own breakfasts made from the kitchenette. There is even a superb hammock to use on the balcony if you need a nap. As an added bonus, we found that we saved money by renting through you versus going through the resort. I will highly recommend your condo to anyone considering a wonderful, yet affordable, caribbean vacation.

Hi Russ and Dominique, We spent 10 glorious nights at your lovely unit. We were there from September 3-13th. What a gorgeous resort. It was more than what we expected. I truly believe that RWI is on one of the quietest stretches of beach on Grace Bay, especially due to all of the new construction on the island. You cannot hear a peep from the adjacent Club Med. Your unit was filled with everything that one could ever need. Your book on the coffee table was filled with great tips for the island It was just fantastic. What a thoughtful idea for your guests. Provo is still beautiful and the RWI resort is magnificent. It was beautifully landscaped and truly tranquil. The resort staff were warm and hospitable. We will definitely return. Please feel free to let future guests email me for questions.

We just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we enjoyed the condo we rented from you... it was fabulous... that word doesn't even begin to do it justice.. let's just say that when we opened the door and looked out across the balcony we were.... awestruck. What a beautiful island, the most beautiful color of ocean that we have ever seen.. i took about 200 pictures of the water trying to capture some of the peace and serenity to bring home, but that was impossible.. sooo all of the delightful memories that we collected there and all of the wonderful experiences we gathered will take us back there in our minds when we look at the pictures and remember... thank you immensly for the care you took to insure that there were so many helpful ammenities and that the accomodations were superb!!! This beachfront unit was just what the doctor prescribed. It was quiet, well appointed and right on the beach. My wife and I spent a week and here and very much spent time together with extra long walks on the beach or just hanging around. We also had great times snorkelling off the beach and with organized outings. Great week, nice cozy unit

Words cannot express how happy we were with the condo, RWI, and Provo in general. They really were the ten best days of our lives. We can't wait to go back. The sand on the beach in front of the Royal West Indies is perfect. The restaurant and pool were spectacular. The view from the balcony of room 123 is awesome. The condo is clean and full of amenities. One key is all of the information included in the condo relating to the island. Some highlights for us were: Sunset dinner at Magnolias, Scuba Diving with JoJo following us from site to site, Hanging with the locals at Banana Boat, dinner and dancing at Calico Jacks, and sharing a bottle of wine at sunset on the deck of 123 (there were so many more). Thanks again for a great vacation, Mike and Heather Reid

Everything was fabulous in late March . Unbelievable view from the porch. Sleep with the doors open to the ocean. Restaurants are fantastic and the diving was amazing. Highly recommend renting a car for a week. We would recommend arranging a calling plan back to the mainland, otherwise very expensive. Thank you for all your help, Dominique, for this first time renter on VRBO. Everything was as advertised.

We stayed at Suite 123 October 25 thru Nov 1st. It is by far the best condo studio we have ever been in. It is picture perfect in location, size, and equipped with everything one would need. The beach was great and the personnell at the Royal West Indies were also so accommodating to us in regards to day trips we wanted to take. You don't have to bring a thing for the condo except your own sun-block. It is very well equipped. We cannot say enought good things about the facility, the view, the sunsets and just everything you are looking for. Many great restaurants around. We rented a car and explored the whole island. It is well worth the cost. The ocean was clear and if you love snorkeling, this is the place to be. We welcome any questions for more details if you are considering this place. It is just perfect and the owner's should be commended for how the place is kept. We look forward to renting there again. Sincerely, Judy and Bernie Rusconi

We had the pleasure of staying at Russ and Dominiques' beautiful suite the last week of August. It is everything and more than the description states. First of all the view from the balcony is exquisite. Just looking out at the beach evey morning was wonderful. The suite was also very well equipted with everything you would need, even down to ziploc baggies to take food down to the beachin. Plenty of towels, great sound system with music and DVDs to watch. The washer dryer was convient and there was even detergent to use. Magazines and books to read about the island and a great notebook full of phone numbers of resturants and excursions, taxis etc, that you may need. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. Cleaning lady mid week was perfect and unintrusive. I can't say enough good things about our stay. I highly recommend their suite to everyone..you won't be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place...looking forward to renting from Russ and Dominique in the future.

We stayed in this incredible condo in May 2003. We had a fabulous time and the condo is even better than described or pictured. The resort was also very nice, with a great restaurant and friendly staff. We really enjoyed how close the beach was and use of the water sport equipment. The diving and snorkling was fantastic and the dive company will pick you up, so getting around was very easy. We'll definitely be going back as soon as we can.

My wife and I spent a lovely week (Apr 27 - May 4 2003) at the Russ's condo in the Turks and Caicos. Being a condo it has a few nice ammenities hammock, Basic Satellite, DVD and CD player, cooking utinsiles, fridge etc...Great view of the beach. Bring a book to read and maybe some DVD's to watch, also bring bug spray, teh mesquitoes were fierce as it had recently rained. Prepare to relax the place is rather quiet and peaceful! The diving in Provo was awesome. We very much liked Dive Provo. They have great crews, equipment, boats and they try hard to ensure you have a safe fun dive. We dove 11 times in 5 days and loved it! French Caye was our favorite dive area. We saw lots of reef sharks, Nurse sharks, Mantaray's and lots of beautiful fish, coral and sponges. You will not be disappointed. Dive Provo sent around a van to pick you up at the Resort every morning at 8:00am. There are lots of good restauraunts in Provo. We liked Hemingways (at the Sands resort) In general eating out is rather pricey $50 - $150 per couple. Transportaion is also a bit of a pain. You can rent a car but you can taxi around as well. There is also an IGA grocery store where you can buy food and stuff. Have a great time! We hope to eb back someday.

We just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful place and the book was invaluable. I have attached a picture of the humback whale and calf we got to snorkel next to probably the next best thing to swimming with the dolphins. We were on our way to West Caicos. The under water photographer (Dive Provo) took video which of course we bought. You may definitely use us as a reference. We also dived Northwest Point which was very good and they took us to the Tiki Hut Beach (since we did not have 4WD this was a plus) However, in the June issue of Rodale's Scuba Diving - they are featuring Turks and Caicos and we were on the boat with that photographer and the photos in that issue will be from our dive experience. On that outing we had a family of dolphins following the boat (also with a baby) and he supposedly got at least one good photo. I definitely will pass on where we stayed. Take Care,

Together with my wife I stayed 16 days at RWI in august. To make a long story short: It was just perfect ! The condo is great: Nice kitchen with all the toys, upscale furniture, big tv with dvd, a perfect working air condition. The condo is really oceanfront and you have an outstanding oceanview ! Staff and service at RWI is great; Mango Reef Restaurant and Bar at RWI is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course, there are lots of other great locations on the island as far as restaurant`s are concerned (too much to name); We found out, that RWI gives us the best for our money, compared to all other hotels on the island and therefore coming back to RWI is no question for us.

Suite 123 at the Royal West Indies Resort was absolutely wonderful. We could not have chosen a better place to have spent our honeymoon. The condo itself had all the amenities you could possibly need. There was a hammock on the balcony that was "oh so relaxing." Our favorite was watching the sunset from the balcony. It was so beautiful as the sun set over the water. We definitely will be revisiting TCI at the Royal West Indies. If you have any questions feel free to email us, we'd be glad to tell you more about our trip.
