Year Purchased: 1960
About the owner: We live in Victoria two hours from our vacation property. We opened the Cabin to paying guests in the Fall of 2013.
Why the Owner Chose Parksville: I was four years old when my parents purchased the land and I have enjoyed it ever since. My wife and I have vacationed here with family and friends for almost 30 years. We have maintained the Cabin's West Coast ambiance while installing all the comforts of home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin: This is one of the few properties on the inland coast of Vancouver Island with a southwest sun catching exposure. The Cabin is surrounded by fir, oak and arbutus trees. Enjoy views of mountains and sunlight reflecting off the water until sunset or walk to Beachcomber Regional Park.
