This beautifully furnished Condo is a split plan situated on the second floor and both the master bedroom, guest room and living area open to a large private balcony overlooking the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The Condo is located on Tigertail beach and has a large heated pool.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dresser, chair and two night stands as well as color cable TV. The master bathroom is a shower/tub combination with toilet, and a separate area with a sink and vanity and large walk-in closet. Linens and towels are provided for both the master and guest rooms plus pull out queen-size couch.
The guest room has two twin beds, dresser, nightstand and chair plus a large walk-in closet. The guest bath is directly across the hall from the bedroom and is very large with a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink/vanity.
In the living room is a new queen-size sofa bed and new carpet, two club chairs, side table and hutch plus cable color TV and telephone with speaker phone and answer machine capabilities. Local calls are free but you must use your private calling card for long distance calls.
There is also a dining room set which sits four to six people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your needs including but not limited to dinnerware, pots, pans, glasses, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, etc. The kitchen looks out over an open bar with a Gulf view through the dining/living room area. Very pleasant.
The Condo is completely air conditioned/heated for your comfort and all utilities are included.
The balcony has a patio table and four chairs. You have a spectacular view of the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the balcony, have breakfast with the porpoise and birds. And watch magnificent sunsets every evening from the balcony, beach or pool patio area.
There is also a luxury activity room available on the first floor adjacent to the pool with a full kitchen and entertainment center for your use and enjoyment. Also, there is a luxury lobby and covered drive through drop off for your convenience.
Laundry facilities are located on each floor.
You have one covered assigned parking space plus guest parking.
The Condo is very clean and has all amenities.
