COME AND ENJOY GEORGIA'S GOLDEN ISLES. Our spacious condominium has 1400 square feet on two levels. We have completely refurnished and re-equipped the unit to provide you with all the comforts of home.
Sea Palms Golf and Tennis Resort has two golf courses both with four tees offering challenges for players of different skill levels, several tennis courts, two pools with children's wading pools close by, fitness centers, jacuzzis, saunas, a beach volleyball court, horseshoes, and a club house with restaurant and bar. As our guest you receive guest member privileges during your stay at the resort. Both Tennis magazine and Golf Week magazine have rated the resort highly in their publications.
The unit has two master bedroom suites with king-size beds and one smaller bedroom with a trundle bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with full bath and shower. There are walk-in closets with spacious newly designed storage for personal belongings.
One master bedroom suite is on the upper level, offering privacy from the rest of the unit. Each level has its own screened balcony with tranquil views.
The great room has an airy cathedral ceiling, cable TV, a DVD/VCR player, a CD player with stereo speakers, and a dining table large enough to seat eight. Playing cards and games are provided.
Cable TV is available in both bedrooms with king-size beds. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes convenient touches such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dual sinks and a disposal unit.
In the immediate area there is shopping for every need: supermarkets and convenience stores, gift stores, clothing stores, and antique stores. There is no shortage of things to do with many fascinatingly different islands to explore, gorgeous scenery, nature trails, sandy beaches, intriguing historical sites, museums and art galleries, live theater, bowling, duplicate bridge, casino cruises in season, fishing, carriage rides, and boat, canoe, bike and horse rentals.
And if you don't want to do anything, pop your favorite DVD into the player, order a meal from one of the many restaurants in the area that deliver, make yourself a drink, and just relax. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own home away from home to enjoy?
St. Simons Island, one of the country's best-kept secrets, is 65 miles from Jacksonville, FL, 75 miles from Savannah, GA, and 280 miles from Atlanta, GA.
There is lots of parking at your front door for your vehicle but, please, no motorcycles, trailers or commercial vehicles. Also, no smoking in the unit (there are two balconies after all) and no pets.

We certainly do when we have a chance to enjoy the condo, the ammenties at Sea Palms-pools, golf, tennis, fitness center and the club house.
